The curriculum is decent and well defined. The curriculum is updated every year and we are encouraged to hone out skillset to be prepared for future technicalities. The course can be made better by adding more unique courses. The exams conducted very often and difficulty level is easy

The year wise fees is 475000 per year. There is no different amount for other category students Scholarships: SRMIST offers several scholarships: On the basis of Srmjee rank scholarship : Top rankers get a concession on the amount of fees they need to pay for tution fees ranging from 100 to 20% concession. Top 1500 may get these concession as per my knowledge Founder’s Scholarship: Covers 100% of tuition for top performers in qualifying exams like JEE Mains or school board exams. Branch Topper Scholarships: Up to 100% tuition coverage for the top student in each branch.

Aarush and milan are the two biggest fests that occur in srm and every day there is something unique happening in the campus organised by clubs. The library is very vast and aesthetic . It is one of the biggest library in india. Extracurricular activities are promoted by the clubs and time to time dance and movie nights are organized by the committee. The clubs are very diverse and every student can easily join a club of their interest

I chose srm since it was one of the best private university for engineering. I appiled for other colleges via comedk jee bitsat and many more,. I was not able to secure a satisfactory rank to get a good college for cse. I messed up my papers due to insufficient practice. For admission in srm you need to gove srmjee and secure a good rank for satisfactory branch and cutoff for cse is 8000 rank
