Course Curriculum Overview
the curriculum is good as per me as pharmacy is a emerging field which is having a great scope in the coming years. in real world u can go for industrial jobs in pharmaceutical company for various curriclum such as manufacture , reasearch,quality assurance etc or in the hospital line as clinical pharmacist.
Internships Opportunities
internship here are provided of two areas one is industrial area where you are recruited by a pharmaceutical company or any pharmacy shop other option is hospital pharmacy where u have to work as a intern in a hospital pharmacy.
Placement Experience
college placement here are satisfactory . recently theirs a placement offer offering annual salary around of 3,00,000/Yr. but its always better to go for higher studies after your undergraduate degree to get a decent pay. after clearing GPAT you can enter masters in pharmacy in top colleges in INDIA . and will also get stipened every month.
Fees and Financial Aid
fees for bachlerors in pharmacy per year is around 1,00,000 INR others fees such as hostel and mess will cost around 6400000 INR. their are other expeneses such as lab items n clothes will cost you around 30-40 thousand each year .
Campus Life
campus life here is not that much fun as its bounded in a strict set of rules. we have different clubs here such as, sports club nature club enterpreneurship club yoga club but theirs nothing much in this club . we have 2 fest every year ,1 fest per sem one for sports and other for arts where u can enjoy a bit and showcase your talent.
Hostel Facilities
you get a 3 sharing room which is quite small. theirs no ac here in the room you only get a bed , almirah and a study table. food here is adjustsable mostly u will get sambhar chawal in afternoon and idli sambhar in morning along with tea everyday mostly
Admission
amrita as a institute is among the top universities since many years . in case of pharmacy it is always among top 15 universities all over india. it gives you better opportunities and scope also exposure here is of a great extent.
Faculty
faculty here are well reputated in terms of their qualification. most of them has done their phd and others are pursuing . some them are also NIPER graduates. also in our college we have worlds top 2% scientist as well. course is divided into 8 semester total of 4 years you have 2 sessional examination and 2 sessional practical and one university and 1 and 1 practical each sem. internal exams comprises of 25 % marks whereas rest 75% is dependant on your univerisity results
