One of the best pharmacy College in india

I had keen interest in pharmacy as a subject and also have interest in chemistry . And due to job opportunities in the field I chose this subject. It is very helpful in real life application due to projects and experiments done by the students. The improvement can be to add subjects like ethics to the course. Exams are conducted every 6 months semester exam and two sessionals are there in one semester

The company that are offering roles are Sun Pharma The roles are like in the r and d department. There are also placements in hospital pharmacy also provided by the college. This can be in Amrita hospital or any other hospitals which they have tie ups with .

The placements start in the 7th semester which means the last year and the companies visited are Sun Pharma and many others they are many number of offered by them. The highest package offered is 40k and the average packages about 25k The percentage of student getting the placements are between 85 to 90% and my plans are to pursue higher education.

The fees for tution is 1lakh and hostel fee are 68k The one lakh includes all fees like lab charges ets Pharm D course has 5 to 6 lakh of fee every year There is govt scholarship and merit based ones which are based on your performance in college.

The college offers to fest one is a sports test which happens in the even sem and the an arts fest in the odd sem. The many books available in the library all the books are available on online platform as well a website of created by them . There many sports activities that are conducted example basketball volleyball badminton etc. There many clubs and societies inside the college example of one is sports club .

The hostel facilities are average the housing and the toilet facilities are okay but the food in the mess is not up to Mark and the gym is in good condition and then study halls and volleyball court in the hostel and their different grounds like this basketball court football ground and badminton courts nearby there are also affordable PGS or rooms to be rented nearby

I applied for different colleges like VIT but due to the better course of b pharm available in Amrita I choose that and there was better nirf ranking of America I did get rejected from few colleges due to my low c u e t Score for admission test conducted by Amrita.

There are about 400 to 500 students and about 25 faculty available including PhD scholars . The faculty I liked the most will Krishnadas sir due to his personality and his way of teaching. There is no particular teacher I don't like. There are two sessionals and one semester exam in 6 months there is about 5 to 7 students who fail.

There are gyms inside the hostels and there are many cafe areas canteens available in the campus they mean in restaurants also near campus as is located in the City so they are it is very connected to different shopping centres for hand in out there's also different parts and beaches nearby for people to visit.
