Likes

Good cafeteria,it is a good place to chill when we don't have classes
Good security since there are too many securities deployed everywhere

Dislikes

Not enough class rooms for students to sit, we have to check for available classes ourselves before each lecture
Poorly made syllabus, it is not specific to the courses we have opted and they change the syllabus in between the semester

Course Curriculum Overview

There is no enough practical classes. we need proper lab facility and ground to study. the lab and ground is not available for that. curriculum is not even followed properly, half of the class will be pending even before one week of exam

Internships Opportunities

We have internship in every semester but we go there just to observe. we can't do anything else. the internship places are so far away and they won't give any traveling allowance to facility for us to reach there. we have to travel around 2-3 hours everyday

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee for me is 125000 per year, but we have semester based exams so it is 62500 pee semester. For admission 25000 rupees were paid in advance. There are no scholarships available currently as of my knowledge

Campus Life

Campus life is shit.we can't even go out without permission. it is a literal jail.Festivals are done only for promotion purpose, they are happy if they get good clips for promotion. sports meets were left in halfway they didn't even try to finish it.

Admission

I chose it because the fee was less and their wide marketing to promote it. but the reality is different from what they marketed. wifi enabled campus but they won't give password. accounts are not kept properly

Faculty

Faculty is less and there are not enough faculty to teach currently. some faculties have resigned already and they are still trying to find faculties. faculties are friendly and approachable. we have exams in each semester and it is good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Very stressing but learning is good here. And all the teaching methods here are evidence based so it's good and not an issue but compared to staff we learn on our own much. No study holidays are given

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus was well-designed by the university with the right divisions of topics. It was designed in such a way that was easy to manage along with the research manuscripts. The syllabus covered almost all the topics for the people with different and varied elective shares.

Remarks:

When I joined this college, I was shocked about the old infrastructures in the class and outside but now as I have passed out I feel they were adequate enough for me or anybody to learn, teach and be capable for the future.

My View on Yenepoya University, Bangalore Campus

I had applied to a few other colleges such as LPU but I ended up not proceeding with the admission there as they did not provide many specialization as yenepoya provides, Yenepoya University also have tie-ups and connections with many multi national companies like IBM, TCS and Microsoft from whom the students can get hands on training experience and lectures.
