Course Curriculum Overview
BPT is a good course and scopes are there a lot like sports physio , ortho , neuro, cardio, geriatrics, paediatrics its according to the specialisations prefered by you while in doing the course in kmc patient exposure is really good and clinically and practically its helpful
Internships Opportunities
We have to work in all the hospitals of kmc in manglore kmc attavara kmc jyothi camp postings bejai paediatrics postings , we are approved stiped of rupees 1800 per month but compared to other colleges stipend is lesser the only thing we have is the patient exposures
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees is now increased First it was 220000 in 2020 when i joined . My junior batch is paying 240000 per year And my super junior batch is paying around 266000 per year ,the registration fees to apply for manipal is 600 rupees and first year it is compulsory to stay in the hostel and u have pay around 130000
Campus Life
Marena is there as i mentioned all the sports games are free which we have acess to play futsal football basketball badminton chess carroms squash everytype of sports activities are free and centralised ac futsal ground ,basketball badminton are also there
Hostel Facilities
Food is okay compared all other hostels but manipal has a mess card like atm card only in which we have acess to buy special items if available in the mess by swiping the card and the card around 30000k limit for a whole year
Admission
Kmc kasturba medical college has higher certificate value than those compared to all private colleges in india ,the eligibility of the course is 60% of marks in PUC and has to apply for registration 600 rupees online and give the manipal entrance exam for the admission
Faculty
Each faculty is overall good in teaching and expertised in clinical practice and supportive ,the exams are conducted sem wise for bpt its 4.5 years ,8sem and 6month free internship . The exams are conducted in Exam pad a tablet which we have write the answer and submit in the tablet no paper and pen
