Campus is great although, lab is well maintained specially I'm speaking about our chemistry lab cause I'm a chemistry honours student, teachers are great and clears every point while teaching, hostels are better not though much better .

Dislikes

Everything is great except the mess food just like every normal hostels.

I liked studying chemistry so i chose to take chemistry honours, those laws and equations and reactions seems very interesting to me even my classmates are too very happy with the course and one of the reason is that the teachers teaching here are quite good, there will be total 8 semesters and the frequency of exams seems a bit frustrating cause u know no one likes to give exams????

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester fees is aporox rs.2000 for bsc chemistry honours , admissionfees:5380 caution fee:1500 lab fees:1700 per semester, honestly it's the best college and the teachers are great . You'd never regret studying from this college, they give great placements. I hope this review helps you. Even one of my friend he's studying bca from this university he has got a placement with 8 lpa package.

Campus Life

Campus life as i said is very very very good , you don't have to think about the campus and class managements in chandigarh University because it's mych better than other universties, Thank me later. Infrastructure: Some say the university has a well-established infrastructure. Cleanliness: One reviewer says the campus is hygienic and well-maintained, especially for engineering students. Food: Some say the food is mesmerizing. Air conditioning: One reviewer says the classrooms have air conditioning. Food courts: One reviewer says there are lots of food courts. Events: The university offers a variety of events, workshops, and challenges.

Admission

The best thing of this college is the campus teachers and hostels, faculties are much better in this college compared to other normal colleges. Eligibility for getting admission to bsc chemistry honours is just 75% minimum in your 12th boards and you require all the other documents like your migration certificate, slc 12th marksheet etc . Rest all is good .

Faculty is the best cause campus is very beautiful and well maintained, teachers are the best i swear, students are friendly a bit notorious but although they are friendly even the seniors are the good and cooperative. Overall i liked the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty,their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

Chandigarh University is closer to my home jaipur. It has really great connectivity to big cities like chandigarh delhi. And fees is quite affordable to other private universities providing btech. I have tried for vit vellore but It was far away from my home and event fees was expensive. I have not tried in top many collages and didn't want to go in local collages in my city jaipur. Admission process is quite simple in our collage you can fill application online in give scholarship exam and placement cell will further guide. A Memorable Experience

I chose chandigarh university because of its academic excellence. It is NAAC A+ college and also one of India's leading top private universities. It provides its students with large number of opportunities.. It has industry industry-oriented curriculm. Excellent placement records , one of my batchmates got place din PayPal with the package of 34 LPA. It has smart campus and infrastructure. Libraries are fully equipped with modern facilities and overall this university provides good exposure. Apart from Chandigarh University, i also applied for CSE in GNDU, Amritsar. GNDU is govt university and generally admissions are based on the JEE exam and I could not score enough. Secondly, GNDU doesn't provide as good opportunities as CU...Read More
