The faculties are very much approachable Each student has a mentor whom they can talk to about any issues Faculties treat students as grown ups No harrasment No ragging (Very little incidences) Internal exams are tough but can be cleared with proper studying First year if u fail...u have to repeat the same year fully again(yearback) Every year 2-7 students fail in the first year out of 100 students But now the exams are much simpler
