Remarks

If you have big dreams after graduation like GATE, IES, UPSC, CAT, etc then this college is best, You can get maximum time for your preparation here because unlike other colleges here is not many restrictions for the attendance. You can take it either as a positive or negative way but the discipline here is not much effective. Here is not any strict rule for low attendance. Due to this student mostly bunk their classes.

Entrance Exam, Donation

Internships Opportunities

No, my college doesn't provide an internship. This is not that advance type collage although there is a period of the internship comes after 4th and 6 th semester for which the college allows for internship in different places, they also suggest many companies and other universities for an internship.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement and job opportunities in private colleges are generally the same, you can't expect much in private colleges like this. Though many Companies comes every year like TCS, Infosys, Cape Gemini, Byjus, etc. and many students are hired also every year. But the competitions are tough among those student. It also depends on you how you perform in academic and interviews.

College Events

3

Our college conducts a grand festival everywhere which is a truely grandly named SAMVID. It is celebrated every year during Feb-mar month. It is one of the best things that occur in college. During Samvid fest many events functions are held like technical events, nontechnical event, fun fiesta, dance, song, bands, DJ, etc. and a celebrity also come to entertain.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In comparing with other state private colleges our college fee is less. You can pay semester fee anytime after the semester exam the late fees here are also minimal. I am not saying that the college is very good but it is providing all the facility of private colleges in less amount.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there is a scholarship program here on the basis of category OBC, ST/SC. To avail this facility you have to submit some documents which show you a proof of category and also the income certificate of your father which should be less than 2 lakh.

Campus Life

3.5

Extracurricular activities are not much here but sports like cricket, football, basketball, and volleyball are conducted every year against different colleges and the playgrounds are also not big here. But the labs are quite good there are different labs for different subject's practicals.

Hostel Facilities

3

I have never been in a college hostel so I can't say much about the hostel. There is two separate hostels for the freshers of 1st and 2nd semester and for the seniors of above 2nd semester. But according to my friends, it is average and the food is also average.

Alumni/Alumna

Now I am a senior student so I can say the connection between the seniors and juniors are not that good here. Everyone is busy in their own life which is a good thing. The involvement of seniors toward juniors come only one time and that one time is during the fresher's party which goes for almost one week. This fresher party is organized for the juniors by the seniors in order to welcome the juniors in their respective branch.

Exam Structure

Here the exam is conducted by another university named CSVTU. This university conducts the exam of other colleges also. We go to other colleges as a center to give a semester exam. And our exam sheet is also checked by other teachers of different colleges, which is I think is not right because the sheet checked by them is generally not proper, many mistakes come after the exam result declaration. In spite of semester exam two CT(test) are also conducted by the collage each semester.

Admission

As I described already I didn't get selected in any of the entrance exams after which I came to my college where I am studying. This collage take admission in two ways either you can get admission through entrance exam which is CGPET and if you don't get score well you can take admission through a donation which is not much in comparison to other colleges. I got admission through Donation.

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible to appear for campus placements which starts towards the end of their 7th semester. Companies that visited for Civil Engineering: L&T, Adani, Stratview Research, PlanetSpark and several local firms. The highest packages were offered by Adani (approx 7 LPA) and L&T (6-7 LPA). Around 5-7 students received placement offers from the mentioned companies. It is important to note that a lot many students did not sit for campus placements as they had different career aspirations (government jobs, higher education, business ventures etc.) My plans were to prepare for upcoming competitive government exams as well as try my hand at something different and creative

1. Students from seventt semester and onwards are eligible for the campus placements. 2. There are ample numbers of comapnies visited in our college like schneider electric, bpcl, bhel, bhel, reliance, catterpillar, eil, and so on. As per the last year data around 130 comapnies made in to our campus and they offered around 800 plus offers to various studenst of different departments. 3. The highets package offered this year is 60 lakhs that is offered by DE Shaw and average package is something around 11 laks per annum 4. Taking considerations of students of all departments, almost 70 percent students get placed. 5. Presently my plan after getting degree is to get into a job.

Microtex, HCL, Wipro and many other IT companies gives us research projects and also their work as well. So, we basically have indirectly worked for them and the ones they feel can add more to their organization comes with a clear mind and take us with a package that we expect them to. So, placements are purely on performance as those who perform well are given best of placements.
