My experience at NIU

Practical tutorials are major aspects of curriculum which influenced me to opt for this course. The curriculum provides an overall development of theoretical as well as practical aspects of the course which help in better understanding of real life applications. There are three theoretical and 1 practical paper annually along with them quizzes and group discussion are also provided.

Year wise fee - 70000/- Sequrity fee- 10000/- (one time and refundable.) Tution fee - 42000/- Scholarship - 20% Tution fee after scholarship - 33600/- Activity fee-2000/- Language fee-2000/- Examination fee-24000/- Total fee-71000/- (70000 from 2nd year)

NIU foundation day - 5 September National sports day event Yoga day celebration with yog guru ramnis vatsa Freshers party 4 oct. Books and journals of every course are available in library. And easily accessible for students,they need to carry I'd card. Sports like cricket, volleyball, table tennis, Kabaddi etc are available and time to time compitition are also organised between different courses. Clubs for dancing, singing, literature, technology, sports etc are available and are controlled by students. They help in enhancing the creative aspect of student.

I applied to galgotias , Jamia hamdard, Jamia milia islamia, delhi university and allahabad university and I got admitted offer letter from galgotias and Jamia hamdard,but I chose NIU because I was getting my desired course and also it had a very positive review about environment and exposure. I didn't get any sure shot regection from any colleges I had applied for as their councelling processes are still going on and may be get seat in upcoming rouds . Eligibility for NIU is minimum 50% in 10+2 and it is 45% for sc/ st candidates.

Students/ faculty ratio -16/1 Faculties are very kind and approachable they are always available to help. My favourite faculty is Dr. Namrata dudha.she is professor of elementary cell biology, she is very sweet and always shows us reality and guide practically. Pattern of exam: Internal assessment -20 marks Mid term exam -20 marks End term exam -60 marks Total theory -100 marks And practical exam-50 marks.
