SRDC Faridabad review

Each year the exam take place at the gap of 11 to 12 months. You have to pass in every subject to get promoted in the next academic year. Every subject is supposed to be of 200 marks and 70 marks is of theory exams 100 are practical exam and rest 30 marks are internal marks. Get pass in the exam you have to get 50 % in each subject.

5th year in BDS course is of internship. It is one year. According to DCI the internship is done from the same college most probably. This college provides you a stipend of 800rs monthly. All are such a friendly and accommodating group that yield fantastic results.

At the time of counselling I paid 3,95,000rs as tuition fee for first year and 1,00,000rs separately as security fee. At time of counselling for document submission around 20,000rs wre spent for uniform and medical check up. Yearly I used to pay 3,95,000 rs as a tuition fee. My hostel fee this year was 1,50,000 rs, hostel fee increases by 5000 every year (so next year most probably it will be 1,55,000rs). In my batch students who got admission in mop up of the counselling, submitted the less fees. Fees is most same for yhe students but for management quota fee structure is reduced.

In every festivals college organizes a mela to celebrate the festival. In hostel every festival is celebrated. All the arrangements for made by students itself. Every year cultral and sports week is organized by intern batch. During this week no classes takes place.

Hostel facilities are very good. Rooms are big. They provide you a room with a separate almirah, study table, chair and bed with storage. Washrooms are common but usually clean. There are 3 floors and 3 maids are assigned for each floor. Mess food faculties is not that good. If you don't like hostel then you can choose pg and flats nearby.

Admission in this college can be done by 2 ways. Firstly by all india counselling and second is haryana state counselling. Admission is done on the basis of neet ug result. The online admission portal website open after 1 to 2 weeks of the neet ug result

There are around 60 staffs. Every staff is very supporative and corporative. Tjey will help you in every problem whether its academics related or any other problem. I like every staff in the college. BDS is a 5 year course. 4 years for academics and last 1 year for internship. 1st year subjects are: human anatomy and embryology, physiology and biochemistry, dental anatomy and dental histology. 2nd year subjects are: pharmacology, microbiology and Pathology , dental materials 3rd subjects are : oral pathology, genral surgery and general medicine. 4th year subjects are: oral medicine and radiology, pedodontics and preventive dentistry, orthodontics, prosthodontics, periodontitis, public health dentistry, endodontics and operative dentistry.
