Remarks

Overall AI-ARKP is an EXCELLENT institute, no doubt. There are continuous feedback programs, excellent faculty (mostly), good basic facilities, a calm surrounding environment, and more. AI-ARKP is a better choice also because here comparatively well-dressed ladies come to study. Other institutes, well their ladies apparently don't have a sense of how to dress correctly and how not to cause societal corruption. The institute is ought to take strict actions against students who cheat and fraud during exams. This will elevate the nobility status of the entire organization. Finally, many changes will probably happen in the institute and with this do, we hope that the negatives will be wiped out and the positives will be further strengthened. With the Permission of Allâh, The Mighty and Majestic. Oh yeah, there's Masjid in the Degree building! & Lower your gaze where it needs to be lowered.

Course Curriculum Overview

The MSBTE manuals are the only materials provided from the Board -- and that too is to be submitted at the end of the semester! The Unit Tests a.k.a. PTT happen in two phases and after which is the Board Exam. There are LOTS of tests and submissions between the PTT II and Board Exams. Boy, sure was hectic.

Placement Experience

4

Yes, there was a chance for 2nd Years to avail an Internship offer over the summer but I was not in town and because of other reasons, didn't avail it. Students were used to seeing new posters and notices regarding companies coming for recruitment. I remember seeing them for almost all the branches, including companies from Saudi Arabia & Austria! However, I do not know how many ACTUALLY get placed.

College Events

4.5

Sports Week has developed over the years and improved a lot. Just remember when you come to participate in sports, please appropriately cover yourselves (I'm talking to guys: cover the area between your navel and knees at least! And girls, please have rest at home.)

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for First Year were around Rs. 60,000. The fees for the Second Year was around Rs. 50,000. And lastly, the fees for the last and final Third Year was around Rs. 50,000 as well. There are other expenses like travelling and for that, the college (as far as I remember) provides a concession for Railways.

Fees and Financial Aid

Eligible students can avail of Muslim minority scholarships provided by the respective authorities. Full support is provided from college.

Campus Life

*1st Year: I still remember the first day and the Physics and Chemistry practicals - - TOTALLY BORING. But slowly they became fun, especially when I didn't pay attention in the practicals and then found out that all these will be coming in the Semester Practical Exams, haha. The Engineering Graphics Subject, which was present in the 1st SEM only; was so much work at the time but now is a sweet memory (1 sheet took 1 hour of drawing!) **2nd Year: A big change, especially in my interaction with my classmates; now all the class fellows were closer to each other than during the 1st yr. AND I volunteered for the Class Representative position (big mistake). We were provided with EXCELLENT computer hardware for our practicals. **3rd Year: It would be 5 STAR but the 3rd year was a bit messed up. For the whole year, we weren't provided with basic Hardware for the most part, which adversely affected our practical skills. We didn't receive sufficient support from the Department too. Oh well. Various types of events keep taking place -- both intra & extra. About Gender Ratio: I wish a good person prepares for ladies a special Girls-Only Minority college. Really.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, a few alumni visited us to deliver seminars. Seniors, as in other institutes, provide necessary & unnecessary details. My Class Teacher for 3rd Year was the head of the Alumni Department. Cool. They were also developing a separate site for alumni network.

Admission

I completed my SSC from The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via CBSE Board Alhumdulillah and flew over to India to take admission into the Diploma Programme. Since I was not technically a permanent resident of India, I had to obtain loads of documents for the sake of admission. Add to that, CBSE students have to convert their CGPA too! Phew. The dates are as released by the CAP Round committee; as I remember it took over 1+ months. My first day was around the 14th of August, 2016.

Faculty

4.5

Excellent. My teachers back in my school IISJ; they were Indians but almost each one of them had a peculiar perk or attribute attached to them aha. I don't mean in a negative way, but you understand (right?). Here, though, the teachers were professional and driven to teach the subject. The faculty is good quality and hand-picked, probably.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has to say the curriculum doesn't prepares you well enough for the real world application or for academic pursuits they doesn't provide enough. The frequency of exams is good and difficulty is moderate there should be more industrial engagement to the course more practical knowledge or industrial knowledge has to be given.
