Dislikes
- I don't think so it is a big thing but the gate guards are very strict.
- The mess canteen food is little overprised but some outlets are also present which give reasonable food
- I think the biggest thing i dislike abut this college if u enter the collge at 9am they will not allowed to go outside before 3:30 pm , if u want to go u have to take the permission and u have to made application to your mentor
Course Curriculum Overview
I think the curriculum is very great because they have nicely designed. They regularly organise the pharma fest , international confrenses . The exams are not so tough u will guide by the teacher are nice
Internships Opportunities
The companies which give the internship are lupin, sun pharma, dr reddy , glenmark , man kind and so on there are large numbers of companies which will give u the great internship . They will probably give the stipend of 16 to 20 thousand.
Placement Experience
Form 6 to 7 semester students become eligible for campus placement, the companies are sun pharma , lupin , dr reddy , azikem , glenmark, man kind actually have great tie ups with the big companies, they will give u average package of 3 lakh 80 thousand and highest upto 8 lakhs after B.pharmcy and the percentage of students who got placement last year is about 92%
Fees and Financial Aid
I have paying 1 lakh 60 thousand per year i think it is a good option because chitkara college of pahrmacy is prestigious place to study pharmacy, registration fee is only 1100 rupees , they only take one time extra payment for 20 thousand for exams and everything they willl never charge for anything after this payment. And there is scholarship available for the sc and st students
Campus Life
Pharma fest are conducted , conferences, the students also runs the startup in the college if your idea is found to be great they will also fund you money to support you . And the sports facilities are too good
Admission
I have applied in LPU but the fees was very high fir that reason i have choose chitkara, actually chitkara is fare better in the terms of placement, studies, state of the are laboratory. They will provide u great ambience of education
Faculty
The faculty student ratio is 20:1, they are really polite to students and very helping they will give you the good knowledge not only in studies but also for life . And there are some great teachers like DR Somdutt mujwar , Dr poonam arora , dr diksha sharm , dr shushma they are very nice to the students in every aspect and the college take 2 sessional exams before semester exam u have to got 50 marks including internals . The exam are moderately tough not so . But u will easily pass if u take regular lecture.
