- The food iw very bad and the items inside are very expensive. Food here is not good and it is of bad quality. Additional courses to be completed in a deadline are given that are completely irrelevant to our course of study.
- Hostel faculty is not that much good also tha washrooms are not cleaned enough to usee by otherss..
Course Curriculum Overview
Pharm d is a phd program which means it not so easy it is quite difficult but as a pharma student you eill understand the importance of this course.. Its an yearly course of 6 years.. Exam format : There are 3 MST in total and a end term examination(final) in every subject you have to get 50% of it in every exam to clearr Attendence : 75% is mandatory below 75 you are detained
Internships Opportunities
The hospital rounds starts in 2nd year but they are nit paid in 6 year there ia a govt. Hospital in patiala Rajendraa, fortis, max.. here we get internship at the last year We go for hospital rounds check the patients and guve them medicationss
Placement Experience
The place ment in chitkara is veru good as it get 16th rank in nirf The average package is 7 lakhs and 14 to 15 lakhs an intern Almost 95 % sit in placements and got it Àlso this course provides many jobs in private and government sector will include clinical pharmacist , pharmacy director, staff pharmacist , medical writer, drug inspector etc
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees is 1,17,000/- which means per year it costs around 3 lakhs ..Per year the fees increases about 4000-5000 The complete cost of education will be around 26 lakhs with hostel and without it it will cost 19 lakhs

There are many activities along with studies there is an dj night per month for students entertainment.. Class infrastucture is very good all çlass have centralised ac.. There is a sporturium where many games are provided like badminton court, pool , basketball court , chess area , and there is a gym for students for workout..
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is not good enough rooms that are provided are okay but the food they provide is not up to the mark. only sometimes the food is good washrooms are less hygenic. You can take pg but the only thing comes is safety It is not enough safe for girls Hostel fees- 67000 per sem it also increase about 3000-4000 per semster..
Admission
Eligibility course are PCM AND PCB On the main website of chitkara you will find the application form around 1000-1500 is the application fee and mainly the admissions starts in june There is no entrance exam for this an the basis of you 10th and 12th marks you will get the seat.. There is no scholarship thing here
Faculty
In pharmacy department almost all teachers are phd and have great knowledge about everything not only related to pharma but further moree.. The teachers are very kind and friendlyy .. we can interact with our teacher anytime whenever we have any doubt can give a call or can go to their cabin for further clearing doubt sessions
