Likes
- I like the decipline maintained by the college with regular classes.
- The quality of teaching provided by the college with good behaviour of teachers towards the students
Dislikes
- In our department it looks was old because their is no tiles on the floor of commerce dept.
- Generator is not given properly when electricity cuts, with very less fans on some classes
Course Curriculum Overview
I think I choose this course because I always wanted to complete my degree of b.com with marketing because of my own willingness to do it.the exams are good , not so easy not so hard.i thik their should be new subjects and some internships should be included in our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
In our Digboi college the admission fees i paid was approximately rs 5000 and the registration fees pae semester is rs 1800 .their are various charges included in the admission fees like ncc fees ,electricity charges, seminar fees, development fees, and if any studend have nc in any subject they have to pay 700rs and more the 1 ncs have to pay 1200rs.
Campus Life
The infrastructure provided by college is good but not for our commerce dept, because I think our dept is not given proper basic facilities like water in toilets and regular generator facilities etc. but the social aspect is very good in our college and sports and extracurricular activities are available.whoever wants to participate they can participate.
Admission
I was also selected in tinsuki college , but tinsukia college is little bit far from my home, and I think Digboi college provides more regularl classes and with it has a well disipline campus with various rules and regulations and good teaching staffs in common.
Faculty
The faculty of our commerce dept. Is very good and approachable, they are willing to help us in any problem we face with good teaching skills, and there are two sessional exams and one semester final examination with some assignments for extra 10 marks which is in the hands of the teachers.
Other Applied Colleges
Tinsukia College | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] (Marketing)
Cost of living was little bit high there.
