Likes

Faculty is very supportive and their teaching is also great.
Events are organised frequently for all students.
Different types of training programs are given to students.

Dislikes

Cafeteria is not big according to the number of students.
Dress code in college is not necessary and this college has mandatary uniform.
The college is separated from city and facilities of city is not present in nearby area.

I am interested in game developing that why I choose this course because the course contains subjects related to game development. Teachers aware all to the students about real world they tell us how to work in real world. Exams and tests are conducted very frequently in 1 month gap between tests and exams and the difficultly level is good according to students.

I didn't experienced any internship till now but now I am finding opportunities of internship because my 2nd year is completed and I entered in 3 year. I will find internships related to game development or web development.

Placement Experience

I conforimly not know from which semester students become eligible for placement but my idea is that placements starts from 7 semester. I also didn't know about the companies and number of offers made. I planned mtech after completion of my course.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am paying 120000 rs per year for CS branch and paying 27000 rs per year for bus transportation. For registration in AKTU I paid 9000 rs. And paying 5000 rs per year to AKTU as examination fees. Btech it fees is 95000 rs per year. Btech mechanical fees is 80000 rs per year. Scholarship is given to selected students who is admitted through government or any competitive exam,this scholarship is given by UP government. Scholarship is not given to directly admitted students.

Campus Life

Freshers party, Gyan Jyoti, new year fest,etc are held in college total number of annual and technical festivals should be 50 . Library contains various types of books total number of books present in library is 20000 books.

Admission

I applied for Gla university and I got confirmation letter of admission but the college has good distance from my home and the hostel fees is very high that's why I didn't taked admission in GLA university. No I didn't get rejection from any college because I did applied in two colleges one is GLA UNIVERSITY and another one is Hindustan college of science and technology.

Faculty

Approx 50 teachers are present for 300 students. Faculty is very supportive for students didn't treat students bad manner. Best faculties are MP singh Sir of maths Hemant sir of chemistry KD sir of human values

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Reality of Galgotias University

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
