This college perfectly caters the necessity for all-round development of a student and thereby make a successful engineer in the world. This is the college which is run by the professors itself. Since the trustees' ie senior members itself teach in the college, the administration is always on track and it is also helpful in catering the needs of the students timely. The senior faculties are easily approachable. The student will be given practical knowledge along with the VTU syllabus. The experienced faculties especially in the Dept of ECE which is led by Dr. Narayan K who has received PhD from IISC and Prof. Vikramathithan, subject expert of toughest subjects in ECE stream like DSP, signals and systems etc. and guided by experienced and dedicated faculty, who also is a trustee Prof. Y Jayasimha and also author of various textbooks will make the engineering journey of the students easy and simple. The laboratories are well equipped along with the dedicated staff for its maintenance. The departments are lead by visionary HODs and subject matter experts who contribute to the motto of the institution i.e Learn to Lead. The college is led by the visionary, proactive principal Dr. H S Ramesh Babu sir who always brings in various practices that are carried out in premier institutes of the country. It also encourages students to take up the online courses offered by NPTEL which help to develop the technical knowledge of the students. The staff also encourage students to take up research activities. The encouragement and support given by the staff are tremendous for the activities like paper presentation and others.

This college follows the VTU curriculum and has an efficient proctor system to keep track of the students. It also encourages students to take part in research activities and the fee structure of the college is decent and is affordable. The internal assessments would be conducted monthly on Monday, Saturday, Monday pattern.

90% of eligible students get easily placed. They are offered very nice packages. It has an efficient placement cell lead by Dr.Pradeep N E.

Sanchalana is a cultural fest held at the college during the even semester. The Tech-Vidya is a state level Tech-fest held during the odd semester. The college also hosts various sports events for faculties and students which keeps the environment positive and sportive in all respects.

The overall fees amount 450000. This includes the college bus fees and all the other fees for the period of 4 years. On an average every year the fees amount to 102000 including the bus fees. The mode of payment is flexible and as result, it is easy to pay through any mode whichever is convenient.

The college has an active office staff who keep the students updated about the various scholarships which would be given throughout the year.

College promotes lots of sports and extracurricular activities. It has a musical band of its own and also has many students who worship art. The various forms of art including music, dance, and others. The sports activities are also very nice. The students have made very good achievements in sports.

I got admitted to this college through the process of CET admission. This college is promoted by the lecturers. I read about the college on the web and was also updated about the same from neighbors and relatives. The college is led by the efficient team under the guidance of Prof. MR Holla, who is the ex-principal of RVCE.
