- The teachers are well qualified and have degrees and certificates in their respective fields. They also hold PhD in law.
- The library is very well maintained and has a lot of books of academic as well as extra academic knowledge.
- The college is located in the city centre which makes it accessible by all modes of transportation.
Dislikes
- The campus is very small and doesn't offer much space for anything.
- The college isn't culturally inclined and the opportunities for it are less.
- There are no sports facilities available in the college for those interested in the sports field.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is based on almost all fields of law. The various subjects prepare you for almost all fields of practice in law. The exams are conducted in a timely manner and are medium to hard in difficulty. The teaching method is by books and power point presentation.
Internships Opportunities
There is compulsory internship for law students. All the students are required to maintain an internship diary wherein they are to record their internship details. Compulsory court internship is necessary for the final year students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college is government aided and therefore the fees are very affordable. The full course fee is around forty thousand rupees for the entire five year law course. There are various scholarship facilities available for students of SC and ST categories.
Campus Life
There are various workshops and seminars where eminent persons engaged in the field of law and also in other fields are invited. These functions happen on a monthly basis. All the classrooms are equipped with projectors and the use of ppt presentation is common. The books available in the college are more than sufficient for the course. There is also a career guidance group known as Career Katta.
Admission
The admission process in the college is only by the method of Common Entrance Test for law conducted by the Maharashtra Government also known as the Law CET. The cutoffs for the 150 marks exam is around 70-80 marks and the final scrutiny is done by the college authority.
Faculty
The faculty to students ratio in the college is good. There are permanent as well as chb staff members. The faculty is very friendly and has a good nature. The exams are on a semester pattern and there are also various assignments conducted by the subject teacher from time to time.
