Likes

Good college based on students.only merit people get admission there
Good campus with lot of trees and plants and large playground
Good faculty who completed their phds in great colleges like iits,nits

Dislikes

Management must upgrade to some digital .for hostel fee payment and room allotment
Infrastructure of hostels are bad and low maintenance
Some unnecessary powers are given to Watchmen who behaves rude to students some times

Course Curriculum Overview

Civil engineering is good stream for both corporate and government jobs and has many vacancies in all sectors...even the payscale at starting is low but experience gives you more opportunities and good payscale and good life

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee for our batch is 10000 per year and hostel fee is 3450 and mess fee is like 2.5 to 3 k per month.and no fee reduction based on category.state govt provide scholarship for the people who are in need based on income of family

As we are from so called lockdown batch no clubs and events are organised for us but there are clubs like sports ,drama, photography etc..and now they again started them.for books there are two libraries in the college you can get whatever book you wanted.and we can borrow the books also

Admission

This is the college which I preferred in 1st order due to its fame and name and it also provide good education by great experienced faculty and have good laboratories and good guidance.even alumni of the college is strong and good

All faculty members are completed their PhD in great colleges like iits, nits, Andhra University itself.and their way of teaching is also good .and regarding exams due to autonomous college system whole exam process is held in Andhra University itself only

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.
