College Review of Saveetha

I like coding and i chose this degree because of that,the curriculum prepares us for the real world as they teach us coding really well. We can attend assessment exams in our pace during a 2 week timeline for each assessment.

There are internship opportunities where we have to pay the company to teach us knowledge regarding a certain line.They would train you for a span of a month to 3 months.It could be online or offline mode.

Saveetha has 97% placements.The packages range from 3 to 15 lakhs per annum.Students are eligible for placements from 7th semester depending on the pace that they have finished the course as we have to complete 161 credits to be able to not attend college anymore.My plans after getting this degree is to do higher education.

I pay 3 lakhs per annum including transport withoh food.During the time of admission,donation of 2 lakhs was taken and every semester an exam fees of 8000 has to be given.If students are on scholarship,they pay around 1 lakh per annum with free transport or hostel

Celanza is a cultural fest they conduct once a year for 3 days around April.They also celebrate Pongal and certain festivals.The library is a very nice place and a lot of books are offered there. There are plenty of student run groups like tech society,dance club,music club and so on.

I applied for VIT and SRM,i got both the colleges but i couldnt get the degree i wanted in VIT. I was going to join SRM but i ended up choosing Saveetha because of the education system. They give us the freedom to choose our subjects and our faculties. The admission process for my college is by writing an exam and depending on your marks,seat would be given.There is also government quota where government students can join.

The faculty to student ratio depends on the size of the classroom,it ranges from 40-70.They are pretty friendly and its very easy to approach them. I like Dhinesh Kumar Sir,he is very easy going and very sweet as well. We have 2 assessments exams each semsster and we get around 2 weeks time to write the exam whenever we wish. The course curriculum is good and relevant.
