The Short Review of NMIMS

The Pharma. Tech course in NMIMS is difficult than many other institute, cirricluam is very well organised, the level increses as we move forward in course. Extra subjects like computer applications , EVS and communication skills, human ethics and value, invention in science, Introduction to research , etc are added in cirrcular which prepare students for real world and us make us industry ready. The Managment subjects are introduced from 3rd semester onwards and continous in 5 years of course MBA and B.pharm can be completed . Cirriculum does not seems to have any loop holes .

From 9th semester onwards students are eligible fot the campus placement. The companies like SunPharma, Hetero, Aurobindo,etc have visited and offered our students. The highest package offered was 17,00,000 per year for recent batch , and average is 11,00,00 per year. The campus placement is 100% Plans after the degree , to setup pharma production plant but first gaining some experience and getting campus palcements

The fees structure for NMIMS hyderabad campus is less than that of mumbai campus. The tuition fees for 1st year is 2,02,000 Rs as included deposit for laboratory.From 2nd year onward the fees is 1,92,000 per year. Scholarship is not provided for any. As the campus residentential so hostel is available the fees for hostel is 2,35,000 per year including 4 meals in day 1) breakfast 2) Lunch 3) evening Snacks 4) Dinner . Each room is facilated by AC and each floor has Mess with microwave, refrigrator.

NMIMS is well-known for it culture , Jamashtami in august , Onam is september, Holi , Ganesh Utsav are celebrated on large scale. The central library is under construction, now this library in academic building have huge variety for books having books for , Law, commerce, Engeenering, Pharmacy, MBA, magazines, etc Every classrooms is facilitated with AC and smartboard along with 4 big size sliding white board , Classroom has capacity of 60 students. The students concil is elected with voting process for raising the issues and concerns , of extracirrcular there are clubs and committee for sports, litrature , cultural , social , industry-connections, event management, social media engagement,etc these all committee and clubs are run by students.

The quality of food is very good the nutrition test is also performed on the hostel food, the menu is students compatible for eg ; chole bhature, pav bhaji, chinese , panner butter, naam , tandoori roti, vada pav, dabeli and etc are included in monthy menu . The menu can be change by raiing concern to hostel committee. Registration proccess is explained in detail on NMIMS official website and the fees for a year is 2,35,000 . Room is provided with AC , bed, Cupboard , study desk , chairs , buckets mugs , balcony, and drawers There are 2 common TV theatre and Gym, Sick Bay for sudden health issues, Game room having Table tennis and carrom .

NMIMS is one of the most prestigious colleges in India and Middle Eastern countries too. I have applied from Manipal, Parul, Nirma these universities , and got selected in all of them but NMIMS quality of education and there assurance of placment made me chose this over others . The admission done on the basis of exam conducted by university NM-CET, admission process is smooth and students who pursued science are eligible for this course

The faculties are top notch and well-educated and highly experienced from renowned institute and industries. Dr Rahul Maheshwari Sir is the best faculty for this course among all the campus very well learned and experienced himself, sir is great guide for aspiring students. About the exams there is ICA (internal continous assesment) for 25 marks which is decided by 2 mid-term exam of 30 marks each which further scale up to 15 and another 10 marks for extacirricular activity and attendance , 75 marks theory exam is condcuted at the end of the term. Total 100 marks for passing 50 marks are required. The difficulty of the exam is moderate, not much students fails in exams . The course cirrculum is very relavent and each topic is related with the industry or market.
