Entrance Preview

I did not attended any of the entrance examination and since my father requested to join this college I opted the same.

Internships Opportunities

Additional credits are offered for internship certificate programmes add on courses .Internship for 15 days off campus 2 credits . Internship for 30 days off campus 4 credits still I did not attended the internship.

Placement Experience

Still i did not attend the placement but to my knowledge Wipro technologies, Cognizant technology Solutions, TCS, Citi Bank Capegemini, IGate ,Infosys ,Bajaj Allianz ,RBS , Sutherland, AMP Technology, HCL and Jain Housing are the companies which offer to our college campus many are selected in campus interview.

College Events

Students are given every help and encouragement to participate in discussions,debates,music and dramatic competitions held in the college or on an inter-collegiate basis within the university or outside. Addition to culturals, karishma programme is celebrated in our college. And all the national festivals are celebrated in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college is also named SIET(South Indian Education Trust). Many scholarships available for SC,ST and BC. I did not know about the loan fecility.

in the 6th semester the students are eligiblr for the campus placements and around 99.9% students get there spacment from this college and my plants after getting the degree work as a chef in a hotel for 6 to 10 years and after that i want to start my on multy cusin resturent

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching methods of marine faculties are excellent but in my course they add some additional subject like tamil and hindi which are useless and no neede for a mariner as the marine faculties are good in teaching and explaining but they also having difficulty in teaching as the requirements didn't meet from the college management

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.
