Course Curriculum Overview

I have choosen the course b.tech civil engineering which I was thinking from the childhood to be .in our college there are many labs and best faculty member which helps us the most . I think we have a concrete lab where students perform very less activity . They should give us the more time for the experiment .I think there is no difficulty level in course .if someone reads or study he/she should not face any difficulty .

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 38000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees I am paying is 38000 for course and for hostel 480000.if some one is tfw candidates the he/she pay the amount of 9000 per month of course fees . Here we get the scholarship mount of 50000 for sc and st.

Campus Life

Our annual festival name is vasant ,samabesh .samabhes is held annually but vasant is typically a monthly festival .we have almost all the books required for engineering and many general konwleges book.

Admission

I have applied for nit Rourkela but didn't get the branch I wanted, so I preferred this college, which is best in our state after nit.vi dint got any rejection it's the branch I didn't get what I wanted. as it is an engineering college, you have to attend the jee mains entrance exam to secure a good percentile.

Faculty

As I have said the faculty are the best . They always inspire us . They motivate the every student for studying .they help us in lab and gives the knowledge about life .I like the soubhagya kumar panigrahi sir . The way he teaches us is very unique .

Positive: A lot of exposure to the external environment. The diversity factor is high. Negative: The fees are quite high. But the things they would be providing are worth it. Lastly, a great salute to the KIIT TnP.

A good place to be.

Remarks:

• Pros : Teaching is good. Classes are good. Provided with all basic amenities in the hostel rooms. • Cons : Mess food can be levelled up. Hostel facilities can be improved. Infrastructure can be improved.

Remarks:

College is surrounded by beautiful nature. 7-8 km from college is Hirakud Dam which is the longest Earthen dam in Asia. The Place Burla which college is located is away from traffic and city chaos and is very peaceful place to roam around for getting peace of mind.

A good university with a good environment. Healthy atmosphere.

Remarks:

KIIT University is a heaven on earth for students. I would suggest. Please do apply for this university if you are interested and you won't regret. The only bad part, it's a private University. And people don't realize it's worth saying it's not a government University so they won't be able to provide jobs. It's a myth. Infrastructure and exposure wise this university is the best.

Remarks:

There are no negative remarks from my side as I feel everything very satisfying here. The campus is very huge and beautiful, consisting of all a student needs for studies and recreation. The campus is peaceful and well secured. The police station is very near in case of an emergency so the campus is very safe.

Entrance Preview:

JEE mains and my score was 145. My percentile was 95 in boards. I chose this college partly because my brother has passed out from same college n partly because it has a good reputation in case of campus placements. Nearly every student is placed from campus only.

I have applied to only Outr(formerly Cet Bhubaneswar). I have applied on the technical branches, but got none of them as my rank was around 152000. As Cet is not very good for its core branches, so I preferred Vssut over it. To get technical branches in cet bhubaneswar your rank should be under 50000 in Jee mains.
