Likes
- The faculties are very supportive. They always try their best to make us understand the concepts and also guide us for the available opportunities.
- The seniors are very polite and helpful. They are always there to help us when needed. The also give tips for acing the college exams as well as placements. They provide previous year questions, notes and ebooks for college exams.
- There are different boards available in our college like technical, cultural and sports board. Under these boards, several clubs are running. These clubs play an important role in all round development for an individual.
Dislikes
- The food quality provided by mess is not good.
- Mess is compulsory for those who opt for hostels.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed as per current industry requirements. There are both theory and lab courses in each semester. The curriculum does help us in preparing for the real-world applications.
Placement Experience
The placement starts from 7th semester itself. Last year due to recession the placement was not that that good. However the highest package was 39 LPA in Autodesk. Other companies like GE Digital, DeltaX, Fareportal also visited and recruited the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
For Spring semester: Tuition Fees : 90,000.00 Other Institute Fees : 11,250.00 Total : 1,01,250.00 For Autumn Semester: Tuition Fees : 90,000.00 Other Institute Fees : 12,250.00 Total : 1,02,250 Fees are same for all the students irrespective of their categories. Our institute doesn't provide any scholarship or financial aid itself but there is a faculty appointed for scholarships and loans matter who informs the students about the scholarships and loans provided by several government or private agencies and helps students to retrieve the documents needed from the college to apply for the same.
Campus Life
Now, the new campus is ready and all the classrooms are equipped with ACs. The library and lab is in the signature building. Almost all the curriculum books are available in library so one doesn't have to buy froom outside. There are different clubs running in the college under several boards like technical, cultural and sports.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel infrastructure is good. For now, there is one hostel for boys and one hostel for girls. In boys hostel there are approximately 600 rooms. Each room is shared by 3 students. There is one study table, chair, almirah, bed for each student. The food quality provided by mess is not good.
Admission
I have got seat in this college on the basis my JEE MAIN rank through JOSAA counselling. I chose this college due to it's placement statistics and also it is located in my home state only. I got my preferred branch i.e. Computer Science in this college.
Faculty
For now, there are 21 faculties in our college. All the faculty members are very supportive. They always try to make us feel comfortable while asking doubts. They are always available to help us. The course curriculum is as per current industry requirements. There is one mid term examination and one end term examination each semester.
