Course Curriculum Overview
There is not much time between semester to complete the syllabus. So its very difficult revise the syllabus before exams. 2 hrs to 3 hrs is given for exams according to the total questions. But that timing is not sufficient for accounting and maths exams as they are very difficult to finish.
Fees and Financial Aid
In 2019, the fees for 3 yr is 6000 only. The semester exam fees are not payable since there is a scolarship for me called egrantz. No other extra charges are paid. There are many other scholarship provided for different categories of students.
Campus Life
There are many club activities, inagurations are conducted every year. Annaul day functions, dept wise special days are also celebrated. Freshers day and fare well day is also conducted on dept wise. Anti ragging cell is also functioning there. In library there are vast collection of journels, old model question papers, newspaper, reference books available and accessable for students as well as faculties.
Admission
I applied many colleges online in Tvm. But I got admission in this college in trial allotment through merit. I never got any rejection. First we have to apply online through university portal. Then we get alloted in colleges according to our marks. In 2019 cutoff for Bcom in SN College is 91.2. The overall experience was good.
Faculty
For each dept, there is a hod, and 4-5 asst.proffesors. Faculties are very friendly to students. Exams are conducted in semester basis. There are 6 semester exams for 3 yr degree courses.Exam are not that much easy and not difficult.
