Infrastructure was very attractive as well the facilities such as proper mineral water system , air conditioning.
Faculties were also very talented and educated.They have vast knowledge in their respected field. If you have that potential to learn they are always ready to help you.
Placement team is also very supportive and they make all the efforts to make you placed in a good company.

Course Curriculum Overview

Basically the course timing depends upon various situations.it may very from 3 months to 5-6 months. But course structure is pretty good . Each subjects has 5 units . Even semester exams occur during May-June and odd semester exams occur during December -January.

Many companies gives interships opportunities to you in middle of your semester. Companies like Atlassian , Morgan Stanley , Microsoft,Paypal gives this opportunity to students in their 3rd year as well.

Placement facility is pretty good in this college . Companies starts coming to college from5-6 semester onwards and came till completion of your course. Average package is 450000 and Highest package offered here is 5000000 per annum. Many MNCs hire students from this college at very high package .

Fees and Financial Aid

In 2020 ,I opted for B.tech Data Science in PSIT.So at that time yearly fees was 170300 but now it is increased to 180300. At my time It doesn't give any scholarship but now the college started giving scholarship of Rs 40K to Rs 45K to those studenta who score more than 95% in their Intermediate.Also you can get government scholarship as well based on your course fees

Campus Life

Overall experience is good in this college.In the begining you will feel very hectic timings , pressure ,stress because sitting 9-5 continuosly is a very big deal. But soon you will understand the importance of this college. Proper trainings for individual companies and Elite batch starting from 2nd year will help you to learn more and get deeper into you fundamentals. There are clubs but these clubs are active very less. If you want to focus on studies ,stay away from clubs.

Admission

I choose PSIT due to many reasons: It is one of the best college in the region. Fees is also as per my expectations. Placements opportunities is very very high in this college. College is situated in my city as well. So I got admitted in this college through UPSEE rank but there is also direct admission facility in this college . You have to give exam and a small inteervie . Based on this and your academics marks you will be given the course and branch.

Mostly all the faculties are very supportive.Of you are willing to learn they are ready to help you any time . So in B.tech there are 8 semester and 4 years .so each year has 2 semester. Each semester you have to give 3-4 assignment of 10 marks each, 2 Clsss Test of 15 marks each and at last we have Pre university examination of 100 marks .. After that we have our end sem exams.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Likes

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

Placement Experience:

Placements of thos college is quiet good Many big companies provides internships and placements This year also quiet many students got placed TCS visited the campus for hiring Average packhage is 15 lakh per annum

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Dislikes

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

the only reason i choose this college was because i availed fee wavier and our financial condition was not so good back then. for computer science and engineering you must have given jee main in which your rank should be under 500k and must have more than 75% in maths, physics,chemistry. you can also directly apply for that course; you just have to take the admission test on campus and clear the interview round. The admission test on the campus is based on the basic application of maths physics chemistry as well as aptitude. according to your score, you will be allotted the branch of computer science. admission starts after the first attempt of jee mains. you can apply for college by visiting the campus if you want admission directly or can apply through UPTU counseling. application fees vary from course to course. you can get the reservation benefits from the counseling process, but for direct admission, you can ask for the reservation benefits from the management present on the campus. the admission process is quite easy and fast. you have to be active because the seat gets full within a month or two....Read More
