Likes

The campus have a good and well maintained ground
The college participate in multiple sport competition and events
The classroom size is well it is not very small

Dislikes

The library space of college is not very big and also it doesn't have a good facility for sitting in the library
The Computer labs are not well up to date as campus used the old generation software

The course curriculum is good as it makes clear sight of vision to choose a feild in software engineering department. The course helps to choose the skills in which students are interested. The only drawback of the course as it give very less time like 2 semester exams mostly gave a gap of 4 to 5 months

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees i paid is Rs. 17500/- As of now it is now increased as now The year wise fees for Bachelor of Computer Science is Rs.20500/- per year The course is total of 3 years . Scholarship is available for the SC/ST students only.

Campus Life

There are multiple events occurs in the college one of the most famous annual festival of college is JHANKAR which is of 3 days as it includes multiple types of small events in it like culture day , group day , bollywood days and much more . The college also participate in multiple district level and state level sport and other competitions.

Admission

The reason to choose this college is this college is far better than all other computer science college present in the city as well as the teaching staff is also well compare to other colleges. The addmission are based on merit system which is done by sorting the 12th passing percentage.

Faculty

The faculty members of the college are good but they are not very friendly with the students. The examination are neutral like it is not very hard but not that simple to. As the college provide course with 6 semester which is 2 semester for every year

Well worth the journey!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Parricularly the modules which focused on animal science & botany, the curriculum was built to learn from basics to the advance level towards research area of biology which impressed me alot. The focus on animal biology, statistics, cell biology & genetics, ecology & wildlife conservation, Immunology & biotechnology leads a foundation to successfully enter the real-world and apply this knowledge for better cause of humans as well as animals. As the therotical teaching method can differ from on-hand experience on field there is a need to improve the course curriculum around this issue. The learning period was designed perfectly in-course of the prepaption time between each test and it wasn't difficult if we are well prepared.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's average or below average in term of real world experience curriculum there no such thing. Teaching is not bad there are big screen in class to teach from and blackboard. But most students don't know anything about the real world projects and techniques. Syllabus is controlled by mumbai University is too told and does not have any use in real world industries which need to be changed and most important since IT sector is something which advances and changes each year

In univeral college from sem 6 students become eligible for campus placements, Name of the companies offered in placement is TATA TCS, Infotech , and etc. Highest package from our college is 10 LPA and average is 3.2 lacs per annum. 20% percent of students successfully get placed in the companies from our placement team. After getting degree i will prefer to study more with MCA two years of course and side by side business & developing webs and applications as this is my passion and motive. i will prefer business Now i am interested in python programming language and JAVA after this React JS, Node JS and PL / SQL + MONGO DB for backend programming which has no user interactions.

I have applied multiple college for the admission processes and i have confirmed one of them is swami vivekanand college but i have to choose DSM college. Because the acedamic reputarion is very good for this college and the acedmic strength is very low as compared to other college.
