The Infrastructure is good as per the campus it have good space in classroom
College have a good and well maintained ground for student activities

Dislikes

The Computer Labs are not that well advanced
Library space is well small not very huge space for reading in library

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall the course curriculum is good and it is very adaptive for students as there is only maximum 5 subjects in each semester. The only problem is about exam time table as it doesn't give very short time gaps between odd and even semesters.

Fees and Financial Aid

Registration fees - Rs. 100 /- Bachelor of Computer Science Course Fees - Rs. 17500 /- per Year which is now increased as Bachelor of Computer Science Course Fees - Rs. 20500 /- per Year Total course duration is about 3 years including 6 semester Total Course Fees - Rs. 61500 /- Scholarship available for SC/ST Students

Campus Life

Jhankar : is the one of most famous annual festival occurs in the college as it 3 days festival which include multiple types of programs in it for student activities. The college provide good sport support for the students as it participate in multiple district and state level sport competition.

Admission

Reason to choose this college is this the only college in this city which is far better than other colleges for studying computer science. The addmission process is not so complicated in the college. Addmission in the college done by the merit list for which you need to do registration for the course.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is netural not so friendly and no so strict as well . There are total 6 semester in the course as which every year there is 2 semester. The marking and passing is depending on both theory and practical examination there is no combined passing system. In theory examination it is 75 marks questions paper in which 30 marks are required to pass the examination whereas in practical is about 25 marks and 10 marks is required to pass practical examination.

Microbiology is mainly lab based work but it also teaches you other worldly things , the reason behind me choosing Bsc microbiology to do from ruia is because , once i had a talk to an alumni of ruia in which she mentioned that microbiology from ruia is basucally equal of engineering from an IIT. From freshman to graduate my experience at DSM college.

I have applied multiple college for the admission processes and i have confirmed one of them is swami vivekanand college but i have to choose DSM college. Because the acedamic reputarion is very good for this college and the acedmic strength is very low as compared to other college.
