College infrastructure and teaching quality are so good academically
Nice hostel facilities and huge area of infrastructure.

There's no ground to play any game or anything
Food in mess is not at all good and there's no change about it

Internships Opportunities

Internship of one year is mandatory here with a stipend of nearly 27000 per month and this is a huge amount as compared to other central government colleges , this is for one year after your full course of five and half years.

Campus Life

Nice college , but the place it is situated in , is not proper as it is too small to do anything and there's no place to just sit silently and relax , everything must be done in a crowd wherever u go , place is not well developed.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are too good , with two persons in each room, and there are beds and study table , along with 2 cupboards and chairs , study light is provided as well there's no ac facility but still rooms are good to live in.

Hostel Fee: INR 12000 per year

Admission

I chose this college as this is a central government aided , but this has always been an autonomous college without following any direct orders from the government and this makes them to make their own decisions to implement.

Faculty

Exams are so difficult, u have to study hard in order to get through it , but teaching and all other faculties are professionals in their work , all classes which will be taken are so useful that in a way students can understand everything.

JIPMER: Above and Beyond

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS in general is a very long and tiresome course. I suggest you to only take it if you are really passionate about it. Having said that, JIPMER's curriculum is one of the best all over India. They focus majorly on the clinical skills which ensures that by the time you finish your course, you will become one of the best clinicians.

Best Central University for MBBS through NEET UG, best faculties and cheerful environment.

I applied mainly in jipmer pondicheryy and i got admission there too through jipmer internal quota seats. But later one student from jipmer karaikal claim that i applied in both kerala and pondicheryy internal seats and i am not a puducherry resident. Due to this wrong claim and poor rules in puducherry state my admission was cancelled by nmc and after that i went madrass high court again and filed appeal against the decision that nmc made. But in court instead of giving me justice the madrass high court judge gave me another option that i can choose jipmer karaikal seat throgh the same internal quota. Then i choose that. The thing is that i got admission in jipmer karaikal through the internal quota seat!!!...Read More
