The faculty present here is great, experienced. It's a great experience to learn around their guidance. They would give your references, teach you with real life experiences,and are inclusive towards all, my overall experience is really great here!
The architecture of the Maharaja Sayajirao University is really impressive.
The campus is really big, offering you different experiences and a vibrant group to interact with.

Dislikes

Attendance of bachelor course was not compulsory.
The strength for bachelors class when I studied was really high.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose English literature, because I was really into studying or reading novels, articles and essays that provide different perspectives or point of views, the curriculum here includes Criticism, Indian literature, as well as historical parts of literature, it would be fascinating if you love to read about literature. Examination difficulty level is moderate, if you study well.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship in this department is subjective as it consists of clearing NET for it, otherwise you can teach in schools, if you see as a internship, there might be other courses which offer internship, like engineering etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees need to be paid for girls is around 8000, (may vary according to gender, cast), as it's lesser for girls and a little more for boys,it's affordable as compared to another private Universities offering the same course.

Campus Life

There are techno fest once in a year, festivals and talent hunt are celebrated every other month,Holi is widely celebrated in this University, if you take part. Otherwise literature clubs, book reading clubs are also here.

Admission

I heard about this University a lot, getting admission into bachelor's is easy, its a little different in masters,as it has limited seats.The experience here is really great, considering the affordability.

Faculty

The faculty here is great, experienced, though I feel faculty is less in number, specially in english,as compared to the strength, otherwise it's a great opportunity to study under their guidance. There are two exams per semester, that's four in a academic year, one internals examination that may consist of assignment or written test, that comprises of 30 marks, other is a seventy mark written examination, which is compulsory for students to take.

Evrything to know in short about MSUB!

Placement Experience:

Placements do come and most likely to take master students, but also if bachelor's want to opt placement they can be it on or off campus. There's are good CTC provided and for a fresher it can be good start in the professional world. The highest package can go to 8 or 9 LPA to average 5LPA. Almost 90% to 95% students get placed. I would also like to sit for placements in coming year.

MSU- A PLACE FOR DREAMS

I had applied in two colleges 1) MSU 2) KMCA Commerec College and got opportunities in both college for admission. No i didn't get any rejection from other college as i had secured a very high marks. Actual life at MSU as a barodian

since its a government college, administration is a lil slow. application process is purely online but then you have to visit offline to submit documents and selct uour subjects in faculty of arts. its better to have a contact in msu, a student, teacher or anything works but it makes the process easier. they still will guide you through everything even if u dont have a contact...Read More
