Likes

Teachers support, if you are really working for your goal teachers are always ready to guide you.
Extra curricular activities, you will see more extra activities also to enjoy and it will improve your social behaviour.
Sports activities, if you're a sports person then you can do both here(studies and sports)

Dislikes

At my time placement is very poor because of corona .
For mechanical field placement are not good .
One of my friend got selected in IT company but didn't get joining letter, latter on he has to join another company.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teaching method is very bad because of which I am suffering now because they only teach books knowledge and prepare us to clear exam only. And for placement preparation they teach us aptitude and reasoning classes but for engineering student invocation and experimental study is more important.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I did one intership which is online and for that intership I have to pay some money later on I got certificate of that short time internship. Intership opportunity are not good in my college you have to do it by your own.

Placement Experience

In Mechanical engineering placement is very poor. If you really like this field then only go to this course then your passion and hard work will definitely pay you good. After engineering you can go to any field, as I see many of students change their career field after doing mechanical engineering

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees may differ a little for different courses but average fees is 40000 to 60000 per year but I got TWF benifit which is based on merit on JEE exam during counseling form filling time so I had to pay only 12000 per year .

Campus Life

As fees of engineering course is High so they provide good infrastructure but I can't say this is excellent. For enjoyment campus life is very good in my college, yes if you are good at studies you can enjoy both your studies and extra activities.

Admission

To be very true, as I am a girl and not allowed to go out from home town for studies from my home and in my locality my college is better then others so that's why I choose this college and that time my college also know for good placement but now I think it's performance is going down.

Faculty

Faculty and student ratio is good, there is different teachers for different subjects for engineering and I don't know more about other courses. Teachers help in every aspect but for some this is not applicable.

Best and genuine

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario is quite satisfactory. During 2025 season, some companies visited campus, like UltraTech, Ecospace Infrastructure, AGI Greenpac, WeSkill, Teachnook, and few more. The average package offered range between 4 to 5 LPA for my branch, the highest package offered this season is 12 LPA, The Training and Placement Cell helps students alot during the entire process. I was part of Training placement cell this season drive as volunteer. It coordinated effective with recruiting companies, to ensure that maximum students receive placement offers. Also for my branch companies like Aviotron Aerospace, Eicher, Cognizant and some more.

Placement Experience:

See, you can't say that there are no placements, companies come and hire students with skills, its just that the ratio is low because of current market. In core branches , psus also come to offer placements. In our college you can't expect product based companies, instead you get placements in service based tech companies as per your skills. Most of the placements are in cse and it branch.

Placement Experience:

In my college training and placement cell is too active and invite the company for the placements. Actually 60% to 80% of student get placed in my college during placements. And student from the 7th semester are eligible for the campus placement. Some companies like TCS, NPTL and UltraTech like companies are visiting my college campus for the placements. The highest package of my college was 50 LPA and the lowest package was 3 LPA. After getting the degree from the college my plan is to do masters.

There is no internship opportunities given from the college in second third year but at the seventh semester you will get placement opportunities from college on campus placement drive as the training and placement cell of colleges very active they make many companies to come in the college and recruit students I I was also the part of the recent placement drive taken in college from dhoot transmission Which is giving approx 3.5 lakhs average package to students and there are a lot of companies comes in the college Like agi greenpac UltraTech technook cognizant eicher and many more the average package of college is approx 3 to 4 lpa according to student Replacement coordinators like Yashwant sir help a lot student to take best of their package from the on campus drive There are 70% students got placed from on campus drive who was sitting in on campus placement drive students also takes t of campus placement for higher packages in the year 2025 the highest package of the on campus placement drive is 8 LPA and the lowest packages is approx 3lpa

Placement Experience:

I am probably feeling good for the placements as they were good and if not exceptional. Successfully placements of around 60% are done for our batch. Every year these many placements happen as in this department things have gone in JUET, Guna's favour. So placements don't just look good on papers but because I have seen it with my eyes I would say placements are excellent.

In my collge Students typically become eligible to participate in campus recruitment drives from the 7th Semester(start of the 4th year).However , the collge starts preparation much earlier through Campus Recruitment Training(CRT) and soft skills classes, which often begin as early as the 1st and 2nd emester to ensure students are industry-ready. Total Offers:For the 2024-2025 cycle,the institute reported over 300 to 450+ offers across various branches. Key Companies: IT/Software:TCS(Top recruiter), Infosys , Wipro , Capgemini , Cognizant ,HCL , Accenture, Cisco , Tech Mahindra Netlink ,Jaro education , Logical Softtech , KD provission , Kadel labs , Blueflames and many more. Total Companies Visited: Over 200+ companies (including 150+ core companies). The salary trends vary significantly between on-campus mass recruitment and off-campus offers. Verage package 5.0 - 9.0 LPA. Approximately 75% to 84% of eligible students get placed.The CSE and IT branches see the highest success rates(often 80%+), while core branches like Mechanical and Civil focuses more on the core companies placements. I got an offer at cognizant during my college so currently I am not looking for the higher studies.

An overview of life at NMIMS Indore

Placement Experience:

The campus placement has a average package of 6-8 LPA. From 7th sem onwards the students are suppose to enroll in internships and are provided offer letter for recruitment if fulfills the requirements. There are various companies that are welcomed by NMIMS every year, it included TCS, INFOSYS, HCL, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA and etc. facilities state that there have been cases of companies offering more than 30 LPA but student could not crack it. Moreover from past 6 months there have been a change in the college where there has been tremendous focus on placement preparation where the respected associate dean and many other faculties provide different insights and tasks for placement preparation. I dont have the stats of highest LPA or so, my plans after getting the degree is to seek on campus placement.
