Course Curriculum Overview

3

The first year of the b.tech doesn't feel relevant with the overall course but the rest of the course is good. The labs are whereas not well equiped and lacks new systems. Old systems are being used in the labs and new systems are yet not accessible to the students.

Internships Opportunities

2

I have not yet gotten any news of intership offered by college but college does post opportunities that are offcampus on their whatsapp group and they encourage you to take part in hackathons and also some hackathons are held in campus too.

Placement Experience

1.5

The placements are average and you can not expect much from the college. The average package is nearly 2-3 lpa and you will see most packages in college around this amount. They will also not provide any special placements related training.

Fees and Financial Aid

The College is very good if you're academics are good. The teachers are helpful but you have to maintain a good relationship with the faculty. The campus is also very big but there is mentioned in the brocher of the college that it is 15 acre wifi campus but you won't get wifi. The campus is big and still building more so construction is going on. The campus has 4-5 buildings. The engineering building is the biggest building with mba included in the same building. There is seperate building for law and commerce stream students. The canteen is one of the biggest in indore and offers a variety of meal. All the students are very friendly and seniors will help you throughout the years. Overall it is one of the good colleges in indore but it lacks some of the quality of a good college that is placements. The placements are low compared to how they show in their brochure. It is average of 2.5 lpa. That's it for my college.

Campus Life

3

One of the good things is the annual fest of college that is cotronics techno management fest which is one of the biggest of india and many students participate in it which creats a sense of festival in college.

Admission

The admission process was smooth and you can just take admission on the basis of HSC percentage but you would need to attempt JEE to get admission as it is required. Without jee you will face difficulty in getting the course you want.

Faculty

2

Most of the faculty is well qualified and is very intelligent but some faculties have unwanted attitude and will not support you if you struggle with something. You have to go to different different faculty for various days. The College forces you to pay fees as soon as the session starts and sometimes ask for full year fees in advance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be exact, the curriculum has to be improvised and structured properly for real-world needs. The structure is outdated, and the pattern is too. The industry-based learning is not being promoted at all, as per my observation. The timing for exams is not frequent, but the paper structure is the same as the old so very outdated for a growing economy like ours.

I would rate 6 out of 10 as our course focuses more on theoretical knowledge as compared to practical knowledge. But it covers all the basic topics which are much needed to know . Areas of improvement: Focus on practical knowledge.
