Likes

Teaching & non-teaching staff were very friendly & supportive... Teaching quality is quite traditional.
Infrastructure was quite upto the mark but some improvements were needed.
College has progressed by leaps and bounds when it comes to quality education.

Dislikes

Old- fashioned teaching method which is stuck is old era
Window glasses marred with stains & dust
Lack of discipline & teaching staff being non-punctual

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose history as my discipline because it very much concerns every realm of our society & we can understand the culture, politics, economy & other aspects of society which shaped the course of human history.

Class Size: 450Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

On annual average I paid 7000 rupees. I belong to OM I am not aware of my batchmates who belonged to other categories Various types of scholarships & few exemptions were given to students as per their merit & financial conditions.

Campus Life

Three are approximately 24 festivals held every year pertaining to drug abuse,mobile addiction, environmental degradation,women upliftment & other important social issues are raised...The library contains 40 thousand books of every subject..Besides, computer education is provided to aspiring students...It has a vast sports field where cricket,volley ball,football, badminton are played..

Admission

A student should have 40% percentage in 12th standard to apply for this particular course..The college has its own official website where applicants can check the details of fee,courses, reservations etc..Exams are conducted semester wise after the gap of 6-7 months & difficulty level is medium.. Admission process is very slow & needs to be improved.

The ratio of faculty to student is perfect & college has employed very energetic & fine staff..80% of the faculty members have done their doctorate degree in their respective fields..They are very supportive & quite helpful whenever students approach them for any assistance

About My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen the course myself but this year due to NEP we had 7 subjects which is kinda difficult for us to study .only 2 subject are main that are major and minor rest changes as per semester, so last year my multidisciplinary subject was Geography in 1st sem and then Geology in 2nd semester. There must be some changes in course. 1. Shortage must not be 75% it becomes difficult for students . 2. Teaching method must have to be improved.. Colleges have a semester of 6 months, they give information in 1 to 2 months and after some time in the semester, papers start..they should give some more time for preparation. The difficultly level of exams are not much... kinda easy paper . In minor exams the time limit is one hour and in major 2.5 hour . Sometimes time is problem too ... As I'm humanities student and we hv to write in length but sometimes due to time shortage weren't able to write much contents but overall my experience in college was good

Course curriculum in terms of relevance was so good as it added my options of further academic pursuits.every subject in the course was relevant to eachother.The course was good so in my opinion they don't need to do any further improvement but yes teaching methods was slightly old i suggest them to try AI methods in teaching and go more digital which I think will help the students.for exam timings they know the students have to give six semesters so students needs the proper time to prepare.
