Remarks

The management is student friendly and addresses all our problems and issues regarding anything immediately. I have had a good experience as a student in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The eligibility for the course is candidate must have obtained 50% marks in the subjects of Chemistry, Physics and Biology and must have qualifying marks in English. Crietaria are subjected to change as per the notifications of state/central government. For SC, ST or OBC, the minimum marks shall be 40%.

Placement Experience

The college tries to provide us with the ways and means to go out and do our best in both academics and clinical fields. The college has many placement activities from time to time based on the requests by various organisations.

College Events

There are so many events are celebrated in our college. The college fest every year encourages us to take part in various cultural activities and refreshes our hearts and minds.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the fee structure is transparent and not overly expensive. the best part is that food and lodging are all included in the fee itself. The full course fee structure is ₹10.4 Lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Though the college does not provide any loan facility in house but the management is very sympathetic towards providing all the necessary assistance and paper work required in availing a student loan.

Campus Life

We have many cultural events in college including Pulse,utsav, parrlon etc. also we have sports activities like cricket matches and football matches. This college also celebrated indian festivals.

Alumni/Alumna

It is because of the alumini that i got to know about this college to whom i am very thankful. The seniors are good natured and have always helped us.

Admission

The candidates need to pass entrance exam to secure their place for the course. Got the admission through the UPDGME counselling and i picked Kothiwal Dental College and Research Centre out of the list of colleges on offer because i had gotten very good reviews about this college.

Faculty

Faculty members are very much supportive with good behaviour and doubt clearing mind. Group teaching sessions with blackboard, audio visual aids, presentations, lectures, seminars, and observational modes are employed alongside clinical teaching sessions

Based on the findings of the study, the common factores that influence me were external influences, affordability, practicality, personal preference, environemnt , facilities, interest.as it is a dental college so the main focus was opd patients which is quite good in this college. Every year there is slight variation when it comes to exams. They are not as difficult as we think.if we have studied well then exams are good to go. Course Curriculum Overview:

Being a neet aspirant only i decided i want to go for BDS and not MBBS for BDS is a more specialized course focusing only on the oral cavity and care. There are in total 9 branches under BDS and each branch in itself has huge scope in outer world. We start dealing with real patients from third year only so we have real experience of everything and by the time internship completes, we have enough knowledge to open a clinic of our own. And best part, BHU provides 50% internal qouta for its students so we've a better chance of getting a good pg seat from such a prestigious institution.

Placement Experience:

After the 4th year, there is a 1-year internship after which you can apply for a job or you can open your own clinic. Top dental companies come to college for jobs. Student after bds get the job of 30k per month The percentage is approx 60% you can open a clinic or apply for government job.
