Course Curriculum Overview

The Course of Computer Engineering is demanding in the market and I felt PCCE was right place to encounter my future career in this field. The portion outdated and needs to be changed. It's not difficult but we students learn at the end

We get intership without Stripend mostly because of which we are a 3 tier college and we get to do hands on project to increase our experience in our course which makes us think and work productively.

Placement Experience

There are placements for college but it is difficult for placement for all the students because on revolutionisation a AI and market keeps changing and changing. Highest package is 12 lakh and average is 3 lakh annually

Fees and Financial Aid

The complete cost of Education including Tuition fees and stuff it comes to 1 lakh cross per year and make use of it. No financial aids for Students and not much scholarships and stuffs. Rates are very much higher

Campus Life

we have mithya and kurukshetra in every year in college.we have Libray with textbooks and papers. We have touch board and AC in labs. We have clubs which help people grow and work efficiently and are productive

Admission

the admission process was quite smooth and not so hectic but all documents should be present that day so I would like to suggest not to take all the documents but required only and very nice if they do it in one short

Faculty

The faculty members are good and teaching is but tho the portion is bit outdated and out of box. Some of the teachers are very polite and nice overall interaction with students is good and not a problem

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

BITS Pilani unfiltered: A deep dive into the campus.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible to college placements from 7th semester More than 300 companies visit every year which include MNCs, startups, spread over all major domains like IT, Electronics, consulting, finance, core, product management etc The highest package varies every year but the average stands at around 18-20lpa. more than 90% of the students get placed every year. i plan to build my career in ET industry after my degree.

Placement Experience:

I have no clue but the highest placements are in Computer and IT branches. Civil has probably the least placement. The quality is good thanks to IIT and NIT being in the same campus thus the big companies that come to those colleges also come to our colleges but they prefer those students more because NIT and IIT are more prestigious colleges.

Campus placement is okay okay but not that great . Mech and civil don't have that much package avg of around 6 lakh and i guess only 10-11 got placed .. and 16-17 was eligibile for it. For eligible to placement you don't have any backlog in any subject and some minimum cgpa required too

The location of this campus is pretty much covetable distance by bike from my residence. And the staff as well as infrastructure too is decent compared to other colleges in my state(Goa).
