Course Curriculum Overview

I'll rate it a 8/10 Curriculum prepares you for real world computer and technical applications They need to organise exams in orderly manner The difficulty level is too hard according to timeperiod they should increase time periods and schedule accordingly

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 210000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Normal college is around 90,000 under dj gift scheme it is 21650 but now it has been changed to 57650 scholarship available is dhankanya in which female students get 50,000 per year.there's also dj gift.

Campus Life

There are many events in which you can take part in including technical,cultural and sports.they have events like techyon Kurukshetra mithya and it is overall a college full of events and is good experience

Admission

I was interested in engineering,and among placements this college has good placement and good companies coming to hiring in college overall it is top 2nd engineering college of goa .to get in this college you need to answer jee exam after which uou will have rounds and according to ur marks and cutoff u can get into dis college

Faculty

The faculty is good and friendly,and as teachers they help a lot academically and for any kind of distress There are in total of 2 it's and 1 semester exam so per year 2 semester exams and 4 it exams

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

BITS Pilani unfiltered: A deep dive into the campus.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible to college placements from 7th semester More than 300 companies visit every year which include MNCs, startups, spread over all major domains like IT, Electronics, consulting, finance, core, product management etc The highest package varies every year but the average stands at around 18-20lpa. more than 90% of the students get placed every year. i plan to build my career in ET industry after my degree.

Placement Experience:

I have no clue but the highest placements are in Computer and IT branches. Civil has probably the least placement. The quality is good thanks to IIT and NIT being in the same campus thus the big companies that come to those colleges also come to our colleges but they prefer those students more because NIT and IIT are more prestigious colleges.

Campus placement is okay okay but not that great . Mech and civil don't have that much package avg of around 6 lakh and i guess only 10-11 got placed .. and 16-17 was eligibile for it. For eligible to placement you don't have any backlog in any subject and some minimum cgpa required too

The location of this campus is pretty much covetable distance by bike from my residence. And the staff as well as infrastructure too is decent compared to other colleges in my state(Goa).
