Course Curriculum Overview

4

The BALLB program at noida international university provides a perfect blend of law and liberal arts subjects, The curriculum includes moot court , legal aid help , internship , which boost the skillset and in real experience as far as i know they need to regulate their syllabus as per the lastest changes And for exams there are 3 types of exams in each semester Internal assessment test, midterms and semster exam

Internships Opportunities

4

As i gont internship offer from G&A associates for internship with the stipend of 22k month I have to analyse the case file and give brefing as well as to go court and take passovers , dates for my senior and i lean basically the basic of advocacy which provided me a good experience

Placement Experience

3

As Far as i know for BALLB there are placement but most of the students goes for litigation itself so I don't think so But on other side the other course offers placement which is average for like Btech Average company visit and few tier 1 companies visit the college for placement drive Average package is around 7-8LPA Myself being in ballb i will also go to litigation

Fees and Financial Aid

In 2023 the fess of BALLB was 46000 per semster but this year it is now hiked so i guess it gets high every next year according as they upgrade the facilities but it doesn't change for the students who took admission when the fees was at lower

Campus Life

4

There are several functions held deprnds on the management but freshers party are given in September or October and Zest which is college fest happens in December but beside that there are small event which takes place in regular basis almost 1 every month Students can visit libraries as they provide great books and access to good journsls like Jsotr manupatra etc Niu offers great sports availability likr cricket football badminton table tennis boxing and NCC There are 6 groups run by thr student council which are Agni , neer, vayu ,vyom ,prithvi , srijan

Admission

You need atleast 50% in class 12th to enroll in BALLB in this institute You can find the application form , fee structure, course detail all on the noida international university website Yes there are reservations benefit for females and other might well available also you need to ask the university itself as they change the policy from time to time The frequency of exams are good and difficulty is moderate

Faculty

5

All our faculty are UGC net qualified and they provide the best education as per my opinion if you compare it to other departments faculty to student is sufficient as theyre not over burdened, Their approach is very understanding as they don't leave any students behind and it's very easy to communicate with them as they make us very comfortable to share anything with them

Course Curriculum Overview:

There has lot of visits like court visit, parliament visit, etc The curriculum provides a basic foundation of theoretical knowledge that is useful for understanding core concepts and for pursuing further academic studies, such as higher education or competitive examinations. It helps develop analytical thinking and subject awareness. There is significant scope for improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The syllabus should be updated regularly to include recent developments, practical modules, project-based learning, internships, workshops, and skill-enhancement courses.Examinations are conducted frequently in the form of internal assessments, mid-semester exams, and end-semester exams, which sometimes creates academic pressure for students. The timing of exams is often closely packed, leaving limited time for proper preparation and revision. In terms of difficulty, the exams are generally of moderate level, though some subjects are challenging due to lengthy syllabi and conceptual depth.

Corporate Law is a subjects but no corporate placements as law firms were the sole contributors of our university. They gave as many placements as 30% students were placed and that too with very thin packages. So, university needs to fix this just like they have fixed every single thing at the campus.

Placement Experience:

Placements for Law are not comparable to the tech courses so far at GLA. Every year combining BBA LLB and BA LLB around 300 and I don't think even 100 are placed. So, GLA University will have to find a way to get atleast half the students find placements here and because I know my chances of getting placements are slim, I will be opting for doing LLM after I am done with LLB in 2027.

The college provide students with PDF lectures which focuses on personality development which includes confidence building, speaking and listening skills, etc. They also give tips for a better resume and how to give interview and prepare us for interviews by organising mock interviews. 5th year students are the focused students for the campus placement. Some students choose to be an advocate and others may prepare for higher studies and or prepare for judiciary and other civil services examinations. I personal preference to go for the one field which can open my ways for other field stoo.

Yes they do provide campus placement last year only almost 70 students were offered jobs in campus placement. But in our case most of the students have their own plans like the majority of them are generational lawyers so either they'll join their firms or they have very good contacts so they'll get places easily but in my case as a first generation lawyer we do get internship or assessment internship in which we get very good chances to get PPO they we don't have to relay on college for campus placement. In my case if i didn't get campus placement then wherever I've done my internship I'll try to convert my internship into a PPO

Students from third year have started getting Pre-Placement Offers, but many of those are majorly due to their own accomplishments. Students get ample amount of time to intern at various law firms and courts, to secure a PPO on their own. In addition to this, the Internship and Placement Committee, often comes in aid to secure PPOs for the students of the graduating batch.
