Likes
- Infrastructure of the college is really great. The classrooms, and all other facilities will be properly maintained.
- Hostel facility though a little overpriced are great. The hostel management is always ready to hear your concerns and quick in resolving them.
- Patient exposure is really good. We have a really strict but efficient schedule of postings where we can learn a lot. All the pgs and professors will be ready tonhelp you any time.
Dislikes
- Hostel fees are very overpriced. Though the management is good yet the fees that we pay for the facilities available is too high.
- Fest will be conducted just for a week whereas in other colleges it will be for a month. And there is only one annual fest and no other celebrations.
- College will be very much strict abiut fees. Fees for the year will be collected one year prior.
Course Curriculum Overview
So the aspects of the curriculum that influenced me to choise this course is going out into the real world and helping out people, treating them, being empathetic to them, working hard as much as we can to put smiles on people's faces. In this course the undergraduates will be posted in different departments in the hospital in the sevond year itself. So we will be interacting with the patients from a early phase. We interact with them and see how our professors and pgs are dealing with them and learn. This prepares us for the real world.
Fees and Financial Aid
So the fee structure for mbbs in mrims A cat- 60,000/- tuition fee + 30,000/- miscellaneous every year B cat - 12,00,000/- C cat- 22,00,000/- Stipends will be given in internship. It might not be paid regularly like any ither private college but it will be credited in your account. There will be research programmes going on from second year itself whuch would look great on your CV.
Campus Life
There will be a annual fest conducted called " ekathva". It will be conducted for a week. There will be culturals, sports, ramp walk, stalls, concert night, etc. It will be held in either September or October. Library here helds a wide range of books of worldwide authors. We can have an easy access to them. It will be really helpful for the students. The facilities and the technology provided here is the best part of the college.
Admission
We nees attend tge entrance exam NEET inorder to join this college. For A cat usually the cutoff rank will be 60k for open category B cat 1.5 L C cat qualifying in neet is enough College will be alloted in counselling after the results come out. After alloentbwe have to visit the college get the application form. Fill the form and do other formalities inorder to get the admission
Faculty
Faculty is one the best aspects iof this college. They will be strict yet always ready to help the students hear their concerns and counsel them. Professor to student ratio would be 1:20. There will be mentorship programmes going on and that will help the students a lot to progress in their studies. We can approach any professor with any concern regarding studies and they will be happy to help.
