Spirituality meets education at KAV

It is a professional course and punctuality and consistency is a must. I choose this profession because I wanted to study more about human body and different life processes being anatomy physiology, nutrition, biochemistry and so on. it is a mixture of both science and arts. As a student we go for clinical postings and deal with real life patients which makes me confident about my knowledge and skills as well as it enhances my communication skills , adaptation skills, moreover I have learned to handle things on my own. Having a hectic schedule I have learned to cope up with my anxiety and stress and fight more harder which I think makes me a ready to deal with much more harsh situations in future either in academic, professional or personal life .Exam takes place around 4 times a year that is in a gap of 3 months and with consistency and hardwork which I think is of average difficult and I who studies consistent and understand the classes will definitely pass the exams

We get internship facilities from our college. we don't have to pay extra charges for it. We do our internship in the nearest Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital. Accomodation facilities, travel and food all expenses are given by the college.

Students of final year are eligible to sit in the interview.Apollo hospital has visited last for the recruitment and provides a package of 36000-46000per year along with upgradation facilities and accomodation.about 25%students got selected in the last session.I could opt for campus interview first following other job options just as clinical instructor

The fee structure is 1,25,000per year and has to be paid in three to four installments according to students convenience and it increases by 5k-10k after every 2years.Along with it hostel charges are 4000 per month and the fees for form fillup for the final exam is around 4000 per year.Some of the state councils provide scholarship to 5 -6students by conducting exams each year and they doesn't need to pay for the curriculum course but has to pay the hostel charges.They provide campus interview for us which is quite helpful.

Health mela, health talks, awareness programme, community visits, workshops, specific health related days celebration along with cleanliness programs takes place . Foundation day celebration, varsity week, Nurses Day, etc are celebrated each year. The central library is full of books which includes both curricular books and other books . enough books are available in the Library. we have projectors in our classroom along with fully equipped laboratories. we have football, volleyball, cricket, badminton, carrom, chess etc extracurricular activities along with painting, poem writting etc. we have a SNA unit as a student organisations.

They provide us with a bed , a table ,a cloth stand and all the electric supplies. Meal is quite good and provide three meals a day . We have veg food at the day and non veg is given 5 times a week at night and the menu changes frequently keeping students perspective in mind.They also provide evening tea and snacks . Hostel accomodation can be taken at any time but it is better to take it at the time of admission for reservation of seat and the hostel charges are quite affordable. one can opt for PG or rented room if one wish and the locality is quite good and has well furnished rooms. The locality is named as Nasatra.

One must have passed the HS exam from any board securing atleast 60% and sit for the entrance exam conducted by the state government and secure the cutoff marks given by the state government. one can find the application in the university website along with fees structure and date and also at the university office.There are no reservations of seats students are selected based on their marks secured in HS Exam and entrance exam.one can apply in the state councils for scholarship benefits. There should be a separate person assigned to help in the application process

The facilities of my institute are mind-blowing.They are the best facilities any students think of.They are excellent at their job teaches everything thoroughly and are ready to help 24/7.We have sufficient number of faculties ranging from clinical instructor,tutors, lecturer, associate professors.If we see the ratio we get atleast 6faculties per batch.We have highly qualified facilities ranging from pH.D degree holders to M.Sc Nursing and B.Sc Nursing degree holders.Faculties are available all round the clock as and when required.They are enthusiastic and always eager to give us the best possible knowledge including both academics and other current affairs.
