- KBVSASU offers courses at various levels in numbers of specialization.
- It offers MA in two specializations and also offers 5-year integrated MA in Sanskrit.
- KBVSASU offers PG courses in four specializations which are education, philosophy, political science and Assamese.
- The university also offers a Certificate course in Communicative Sanskrit and M.Phil/P.h.D. in four specializations.
- Candidates applying for the five-year integrated program in MA Sanskrit must have passed 10+2 examination or Prag Upadhi or Prag Sastri in any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- The minimum eligibility criteria for M.A courses is passed in Majors/Honours degree in the concerned subject with minimum 40% marks in aggregate.
