Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum prepares the student for real life applications of the concepts taught. The curriculum starts right from the base and builds the discipline of a programmer even for students who are not from computer background.
Placement Experience
I do not know much about the placements as I am a first year student. But the professors told us about there being big companies for placement such as Google, Infosys and more. She also told us that the highest package was 12.8 LPA and the average was 6LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The student is expected to pay around 70 thousand per year over the course of 2 semesters. I personally think this is really affordable to most students. For students from low income backgrounds there are facilities that provide them with scholarships to make the course more affordable.
Campus Life
The infrastructure provided is pretty good. There are multiple clubs such as NSS, NCC, scrub society, wildlife conservation, innovation club and more. The students are required to join any one of these clubs mandatorily and that would provide them with one credit score. The social life is really good. MCC is known for its culturals. Each department hosts mtiple different events throughout the year. The cafeteria is clean and provides good food at affordable prices too.
Admission
The admission process was straightforward. I filled out the application form online. They faculty then called me and informed me that I had been selected for the course and that I had to pay the course fees within the given due date. after the payment of fees, I had to go on campus and submit my original documents for verification after which they gave me my I'd card and I was officially enrolled in the course.
Faculty
The teachers are really friendly. They are well qualified for the job. They take their time making sure each and everyone understands the concepts and don't just rush through the portions. They are more than willing to clarify any doubts the students raise.
