Course Curriculum Overview
Faculties gives us notes and we're having clinical postings everyday,that helps to interact with patients, makes us more confident in practical skills and helps us to deal with all kind of patients. We're having 3 internals,with regular class test. In 1st year we're having Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology with two language subjects such as Kannada and English. By learning Kannada it helps us to deal patients. 1st year subjects actually makes aware of basic medical things even though if it is not required for our course.
Internships Opportunities
We can do our internship in same hospital but there is no stipend till the date. Internship also makes us to improve our practical knowledge and skills with fully equipped machines in the hospital. Their are seniors and staffs in the hospital to help and support us,which makes us more confident.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees varies according to the course. There is no direct requirement to hospital but we can join as staff in the hospital after interviews. For my course that is Medical Imaging Technology my course fees is 125000/yr
Campus Life
They're are comparatively less programs for us. A large fully equipped library which helps us to study and improve our academics. Their are programs but it varies. In Library there are spaces to sit alone and study whereas there are are areas for group studies also. Library provides medical books with manu different authors.
Admission
The intrested persons can directly contact the college contact number where they will give you a appointment for admission process. I didn't felt any difficulty in getting admission. The students from Karnataka state can also come college through entrance exam where the students have less fees
Faculty
Some faculties are really amazing..and all faculties are really good to us.we can approach them at any time and there is separate groups for each subject that makes us easy to interact with faculties.All faculties are always there to help us in any situation ,they provide notes,PPT etc
