First thing that the whole college campus is very big , there is playground, vollyball court, cricket field, badminton court indoor games etc and full campus is well maintained and clean

I have dislike that college fees is little higher

Course Curriculum Overview

I already having keen interest in electronic field so I took electronic and communication branch for my studies and when I go to the college checked syllabus interact with teacher the whole experience was awesome they told me about the placement opportunity

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 118800 per year

Internships Opportunities

College provide technical training by charging 5 thousand rupees from every student fir summer training but it is my personal advise not to give money for there useless training and they not provide any kind of intership if you want to do you have to choose by your own

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

In for the first three year the fees will be 1,18,800 but in final year it will reduce to 1,13,800 I took admission in 2021 but if we talk about nowadays to fees is very high and they took extra fees with the name of training which is not good

Campus Life

College organise tech fest and cultural fest which are very good in tech fest there is some cultural activities and apart then there are project exhibition also in which students represent their project to teacher

Admission

I have appeared in the exam of IPU CET 128 that was ab computer based examination and my rank was 1160 I took ece as my branch there are some seat reservation for OBC , sc ,St and management quota students

Faculty

College faculty is very good there are many teachers who are very helping in nature and they are highly qualified PHD holder and awardees they help every student to learn and entrance their skills apart from studies they are very motivating and treat children like their kids

I CHOOSED THIS COURSE AS THE COURSES OFFERED HER PURELY INDUSTRY DRIVEN AND ARE ONGOING DEMANDING RIGHT NOW. ALSO I REASON FOR OPTING FOR ROBOTICS BRANCH OVER AIDS AND AIML WAS THAT I BELEIVE THE SOFTWARE IN INDIA IS ABOUT TI END AND ITS TIME FOR A MANUFACTURING BOOM IN INDIA IN WHICH THERE WILL DEMAND FOR ROBOTS AND ROBOTICS ENGEENER WILL RISE A LOT. THE FACULTY: STUDENT RATIO IS DECENT BUT I AM NOT AWARE OF THE EXACT RATIO , AS THERE ARE ALWAYS HIRING OF THE FACULTIES ARE GOING ON IN OUR CAMPUS , AND THE QUALIFICATION OF THE FACULTY IS ALSO NICE AS ALL THE FACULTY MEMBERS ARE EITHER DOING THEIR PHD IS SOME REPUTED CLG OR HAVE COMPLETED THAT . WE HAVE OUR MID TERM AFTER 2-2.5 MONTHS OF THE START OF THR SEM AND THEN AFTER 15-20 DAYS THERE ARE OUR PRACTICALS AND THEN AFTER NEXT 20 DAYS ITS TIME FOR THE END TERM . AND THE DIFFICULTY LEVEL OF THE EXAMS WERE JUST DECENT AS IF YOU HAVE STUDIED FOR JUST 3-4 DAYS PROPERLY BEFORE THE EXAMS YOU CAN EASILY PASS THE EXAMS .(JUST TO CLEAR EXAM)

As far as placement is concerned placement is decent in this college there are not many companies but students are also very less there is very little competition. So try to get a job as early as possible in this college. Many big companies such as TCS, Accenture, events, haxaview come to our college. Average packages are around 7 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

If you are interested in placements you will get placed. Almost half of IT students get placed plus many core branch students also got placed. Many companies visited campus this year like amazon, Adani group, etc. The highest package one bagged was 44.5 LPA by CSE Branch Student in amazon. Many Students bagged many placements over here, although mainly IT jobs came for hiring.

Campus placements take place during the 7th semester. Any company you name probably visits the campus. Google, Microsoft, Apple, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase & Co in tech and finance to Bain, Boston Consulting Group in Consulting to HUL, ITC in Core sector all offer lucrative packages. The highest domestic package in 2020-21 was 82 LPA CTC and foreign package was upwards of a crore.

Remarks:

Most important that it was affordable. Secondly it is a government institute. Also, the location is good and easy to reach. The area is well connected and Govindpuri metro and Nehru place bus stand both are at walking distance.

Admissions in DTU are based on your score in JEE mains score and board percentage in which I got 174 marks and 94.8% respectively. Although I gave satisfactory performances in other exams too I chose DTU because other than studies it gives you the opportunity and environment to develop socially too.
