Genuine review of aau

It is an agricultural course so we have lots of practical works to do and also because of this practical works we are exposed to new things and we not inly learn about agriculture we have extension education environmental education and many more included in our course

The fees is on average as per semester we have to pay 16000 including the hostel fees excluding the mess fee as for the mess we need to pay extra 1600 per month so it sums up to 50,000 approximately and also the university provides scholarship only to meritious students 9000 per semester and during the 4th year of the course for a semester a stipend of 15000 is provided to the students only belonging from assam

There are many events in our University invluding sports and cultural and also social events which give students many opportunities to showcase their talents there are also college weeks competions and many more

The hostel which i am in right now is very old , the main problem was the water it was really dirty when i first came in here but now its improved and also there were no water purifier before it was just installed recently but they installed only 1 for more than 100 boarders and also the food is not nutritious at all

There is an exam to study in this university called the CETUG for the undergraduate the eligibility to take this exam is you have to pass 12th with PCM/PCB the exam is comouter based and it was of 200 marks with 50 marks each to botany zoology chemistry and physics and for each correct answer we get 1 mark and -0.25 for the incorrect answer the difficulty level is average and the timing is 2 hours . The admision is based upon the marks and percentile we obtain in the exam

There are around 150 staffs and 1000 students in our campus alone our University has 9 colleges in total the teachers are well qualified and some of the teacher's way of teaching is really beneficial and interactive and interacting with the teachers is easy and they also pay attention to the needy students
