UPES School of Business

I am doing a BBA global program and this program offers 2+1 programs in which I can complete my final year from the one of the partner University in abroad. This program will give you 2 degree one from the upes and the other one from the partner University which increase the chances of you getting a placement. There are exams in 2 parts mid sem and end sem in the whole semester. The difficulty level is moderate in mid sem but in end sem it goes a little bit tough. You also have to do some assignments and give presentation in front of the whole class which I think help you to get rid of your stage fear and public speaking fear.You can give your presentation in e glosh and Hindi but they give priority to English it's fine if you make some mistakes in English but the teachers are very encouraging

After completing the 1st year every students has to do a compulsory social internship for free in the ngo. You can choose your ngo on your own or you can let the university choose for you. If you know any ngo you can give them money to mark your attendance and give you the certificate but from my personal experience you should atleast experience working with the ngo once in your life. I got to see the reality of the society and my introvertness is gone too.

The placements are average because the college give admission to any students that include an average student or the student who just got passed in the boards because they have money to pay the fee and these kids don't study and disturb the whole environment for studies and afterwards the students lacks skills and knowledge to get placed.

Tuition fee which I am paying after adding all the compulsory charges 198000 in my 3rd sem it increased because I paid 166000 in my last sem and this type of increase you can easily witness after every sem or a year.if you have scored 80+ percentage in your board exam then you can receive 10% scholarship and for the 90+ you can get 20% scholarship l

The overall experience of my campus life was nice, made so many friends and also celebrated fests with them. There were no ragging at all which makes it safer place for the students for the girls as well. The hostel rooms were very neat and clean and comfortable.

My hostel room was with attached washroom and the rooms with attached washroom has amazing rooms looks like you are in hotel and very comfortable. The hostel meal quality is also very decent. In my 1st year I paid 220000 for the room and mess and it was good experience with nice facilities.

I gave an online admission test to get the admission in the college after that you have toh pay 60-70k to reserve your seat and then you can go further with your admission process like paying tuition fee and some other expenses for your id card, communication improvement etc

The faculty and student ratio in my college is 1:38. Teachers are well experienced and have quite a good knowledge about the subject but some teachers lacks the teaching skill which create a boring class. Students can Interact with and teachers and they will definitely reply to you and you can ask any question in the class as well but it has to be related to the subject.
