Course Curriculum Overview
the curriculum here at kiet is quiet hectic. there are two cts 1 pue and then semester exam each semester wise . in every 1.5 months the test are being conducted here. the curriculum prepares you well for real world jobs as everyone comes to work hard. I think for improvement there should be more practical tests than theory tests. the cts are of 2 hours and pue and ue are of 3 hours duration.
Internships Opportunities
the internships which were offered here at kiet were from companies like wipro , tcs , adobe etc the stipend provided here is varying depending upon the company and role you are taken for the internship and the average stipend here is about 20000 every month. many real life projects are required to qualify rounds for internship
Placement Experience
from 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement and can sit in the competition. many companies visit here like wipro amazon adobe tcs etc. the highest package offered here is of 7.5lpa in computer science branches and about 5lpa in other branches. about 95% students get placed here.
Fees and Financial Aid
the tuition fees here at kiet for btech complete courses are 140000 irrespective of the branch. the fees will remain same throughout the course of 4 year. scholarship are present here at kiet but only for core branches. the placements are very good here at kiet and about 95% of students get placed here.
Campus Life
many fests happen here at kiet every year. one of the biggest festival of here is named Epoque which happens every year and is a cultural fest. a big sports fest also happen here named Rann which is the biggest sports festival here in north India. every sports are available here like football cricket basketball tennis badminton volleyball kabaddi etc. clubs are also very supportive here which helps you to develop your skills further.
Hostel Facilities
every room is very well maintained here at kiet with having wifi in every classroom and Every building. the classes are very clean also. the meal which is provided is probably the best in north india colleges. for registration of hostel you should contact early to college else the rooms will be filled very early.
Admission
the eligibility of the course is to have atleast 75% in physics chemistry and maths in class 12th and 10th. one can join by giving jee or upsee exam. direct admission is also available here for which you can contact directly to the college and do not trust any else source.
Faculty
the faculty to student ratio here at liet is very good. every student are looked after with atmost care. each and every doubts are cleared here at kiet. the faculty members are also very muvh qualified as they have done there phds from respected institutions.
Interview Experience
no , any test did not happened as i got admission through jee. and then got into this college by sitting in uptac counseling which is done for every colleges coming under aktu university. for these rounds you should have good knowledge in physics chemistry and maths field for scoring good marks in jee.
