Remarks

Final remarks is actually not a very big thing. It is simply the teachers that need to act responsibly and take their actions well. Some of the teachers are partial and not to be messed with. But some are really good and helpful. The college as a whole is a great place for fun, studies, and extracurriculars yet some improvements can be made starting with the civil engineering building which is yet to be completed.

Entrance Preview

It was an Autonomous college and I had heard that the college was really good. The administration was good and the facilities were very good too. I went to check the college by myself and was pretty impressed with the infrastructure, though I found that my Civil branch had no special building. It was told that within a semester we would be shifted to our new Civil Branch building. yet never did we see it

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum and the way everything is built is very much up to the mark. The problems that lies are the teachers who even being highly educated with degrees in good institutes are unable to explain the basic of things. And along with that, there were almost no extracurricular activities at that time. Though after that various of them were added to the curriculum which symbolizes that the college was trying to better itself.

Internships Opportunities

The college asks us to move forward in internships but doesn't provide one and nor does it checks the legitimacy of the same.

Placement Experience

1

I would tell it for my year of passing, we had around three companies that came for campus out of which one was an IT firm and the other two were marketing jobs in Steel companies. Thus leaving almost all the students without any kind of job. We had heard that the college was providing placements of around 70% but you know it when you face it.

College Events

3

There are quite a few events that are celebrated. The annual function is one of them. Though we celebrate some events none have their charm. To be honest guys in our college move about to check out the beautiful girls that come out in their beautiful dresses.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure in our time was pretty good (Rs. 97500) along with Rs.15000 for bus fees and a mandatory fees of another Rs.15000 of other courses that shouldn't be mandatory. Although now the course fees after our batch have been hiked quite a bit.

Fees and Financial Aid

Other than the government policies of scholarship we had another provided by the college. The one who gets this scholarship gets paid a handsome amount of Rs.50000.

Campus Life

4

The campus life is missed and will be missed dearly. There are a lot of flaws but those are a part of that life. The gender ratio is almost equal. The extracurriculars are done by the seniors we were mostly the sole judges of our juniors. the labs were actually pretty good and had most of the equipment which is very rare to get in most colleges.

Hostel Facilities

3

I was a day scholar so I don't exactly know the facilities but normally it was very normal. No one was able to move out of the campus after 9'o'clock for boys and 8'o'clock for girls. The teachers in the hostel guide the students and stop them from any weird activities.

Alumni/Alumna

The no ragging system actually made the juniors and seniors part ways. A very handful of these contact each other and help each other. But in case a junior ever asks for help the seniors have always been known to be there by their side.

Exam Structure

The exams were very normal, strict and legit. The questions were an average level. The structure consisted of two internal examinations of 30 marks each in which we had to score at least 12 in both and the main semester exam of 70 marks in which we had to score 28 at the very least.

Admission

Well, it's a very simple and precise process. After the results of the OJEE entrance were out we had to see which college we could apply and according to my rank, it was obvious that I would get admitted. The college had provided the dates for which we would need to bring original certificates of our previous educational qualifications along with ID proof and the required amount for the admission and thus we were provided with our ID cards which also served as Library cards.

Faculty

2

The faculty members in our branch were pretty normal. That means some taught really well but some even after being greatly educated taught really poorly. Some even argued if asked a question as they felt offended as they weren't able to answer it neglected it right away
