Likes
- Campus I liked the most as it's in rural areas not in congested.
- There is no crowd around the campus, it's actually a green campus which students are using for photo shoots as well,play ground is also available, swimming pool is available inside the campus
- Hostel facility is also there as it's rural area and that is needed.
Dislikes
- lack of technological advancements, because in education field University should be advanced in technology as it's for future of country
- Waste management is in front of the main gate and it's smell is so bad and dangerous for health
- Local transport is little hactic for the same area
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is mix of general management and specialised in aviation sector as aviation sector also needs manager who should know every business as well as specified or specialised. Specialization should be more practical, Half yearly exams are conducted with moderate difficulty level.
Internships Opportunities
Airport authority of India is giving intership opportunities without stipend. As the course is unique in it self students want to get the knowledge of practical field and experience,that is why government is not providing stipend,they are only giving opportunity to practice it on airport.
Placement Experience
Last semester students are eligible for placement There is a third party company namely selibi who is outsourcing employees to airlines or airports and placement are happening directly from the airlines or airports. Package 2.5 lakh average to the students of bachelor as well as masters in aviation. Profiles are executives,etc 50 to 70% students get placed every year.. Plans are to do job on airport and become a manager of aviation sector.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is increment in tution fee after 3 years. Like earlier it was 160000 per year to MBA aviation in 2020 now from 2023 it's 190000 per year. Govt scholar ships a student have to apply, other than that don't have idea about scholarships are being provided by the university. Yes campus engagements were taken by student , clubs, responsibilities, ..no stipend was given to students.
Campus Life
Annual festivals were celebrated time to time. Library is also full of books and journals,but there is lack of availablity of books in aviation courses. Sports week is celebrated every year, extra curricular activities are on top, competition are held inside the campus as well as outside campus. Yes vibgoir group is made , and helping hand is also there in which students help people outside the campus as well. Students are getting opportunities in social work.
Admission
Direct admission are taken by the university there is no such entrance exam Graduation is eligibility for the course with 50% of marks aggregate in graduation. No research in admission process is followed. Exams are conducted twice a year...no entrance exam for masters degree courses. Maximum number of students doesn't have knowledge about the course,the campus should take further more steps towards awareness campaigns about these courses so that maximum students will get aware about this professional course.
Faculty
1:5 is teacher student ratio. It provides students more attention to grab knowledge and activitive participation. Faculties are teaching professional curriculum about aviation sector which is great for the students who want to make their in aviation sector. There is more flexibility of teacherr and studentinteraction.
