- The environment of the college is clean, fresh and green. No ragging as well as seniors are friendly and helpful. The faculty is more student oriented and tries to help out the students in all possible ways.
Dislikes
- The college classrooms are not Hi-tech such has no projectors.
Course Curriculum Overview
The specific aspects of the curriculum were their well-versed labs that influenced me to choose this course. Constant repetitions of what is taught by them as well as presentations and faculty interaction regarding their projects. The areas of improvement in the course curriculum probably be more practical lab classes which help the students to get used to the devices in the labs. There is one semester-end exam but before that there minimum of two mid-semester exams. According to me, the difficulty level was quite tough but mostly depended on one's amount of knowledge of that specific subject.
Internships Opportunities
In my department one has to look for Internships out of the campus because companies that come to the college mostly look for employees, jobseekers, and freshers for the roles in their companies. Faculty helps students to get interships off campus.
Placement Experience
Placements of the college are quite good companies like HCL, HP, Scientech, etc. The average package that the companies provided was 12LPA. The placement percentage of the college is 30 to 40% due to students joining for higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Affordability for all courses is decent and there are no hikes in the tution fees. The total cost of my education is 3,33,650 inclusive of all taxes. Financial aid is provided by the college to students who are willing to study but are economically backward and even provide scholarships to students. They consider state scholarships as well
Campus Life
The overall experience of the college is very good because of the environment, students, and the faculty. There is an annual athletic meet where the whole college participates to make their houses win. Each department has its own library which has books, journals as well as student project reports.
Admission
Eligibility of the course is 12th pass with physics, chemistry, and maths with a minimum of 50% aggregate. There was no entrance exam when I joined because it was covid period, but the college conducted an entrance exam. There was no admission process.
Faculty
The faculty are mostly Ph.D.s which makes their knowledge well-versed. They work for the development of the students as well as mentoring through their study period whether its their areer or through their research and projects. Faculty to student ratio is quite balanced.
