All about College Journey

As IT student, I think I choose the course because the college provides curriculum in sub parts so that the all programming languages are covered in a systematic manner along with projects and basic languages like English and Punjabi. The course curriculum prepared for student is very arranged including programming languages which help to make real worls applications. There is semester system in our college. In a semester, one Mid semester exams and one final semester exams are conducted by university. The exams pattern and difficulty level is not much complex.

To be honest, there is lesser no. of internship opportunities avaliable in my college. But the college provides free webinars and sessions for the students like interview preparation, vedic maths classes, career building sessions, exam preparation for professional courses. Throughout the course, every student make many small projects related to real world entities to uplift themselves.

Overall, fee structure of college is good. But BCA student fees is high. The total annual fees is 50000-52000 Rs/- Many government and non- government scholarships are available for the students with amount nearly 10000-500000 Rs/- But our college not provide any campus placement or job roles.

Overall, I have best experience with the campus life including all facilities provides. Every year there are no. of fests like Science Fest,IT fest Sports day, Fresher's and Farewell party, Youth fest, Cultural fest that are held by college. There are plethora of books and journals which are easily avaliable in the library. Some of classrooms are equipped with air conditioner facilities and some are with fans. All classroom has Projector system available. There are many social groups and Eco-clubs thta are run by student community,

The application Process is very simple. The elgibility creteria for the course is: any student have atleast 60% marks or above in 10+2 examination. There is no entrance exam for admission process. The candidate is selected on the basis of marks >category. The candidate must visit the dhe.chd.gov.in website for admisiion process. firstly, the candidate have to register himselg/herself on the E- admisssion portal then pay the regitrartion fees and login to the account, then fill all the necessary details , and finally submit the application.

The Faculty members are very cooperative with students. They are well experienced and well-educated. They provide friendly environment for learning. The methods of teaching is very good. Even they equally focus on both theoretical as well as Practical knowledge. They use latest methods of teaching such as projectors, ppt's and many other methods. They also encourage students to participate in different domains like Youth Fest, Cultural fest, Sports, IT fest, environment camps, Blood donation camps. Even if any student have any query then they easily interact with teachers. Our teachers have polite nature. They solve all problems of students at their own phase.
