Experience of college life

Good 1.Hostel 2.Not too strict management 3.Can use mobile phones but the staffs say that u can use mobile but my should no see that. 4.Sports (OK level not too good) Bad 1 . fees structures 2. Food ( present condition) 3. SSurroundings

There is a saying jeppiaar groups colleges will gave a good infrastructure and especially food the food will be very good and the placements are also very good .the parents of the past generation will say like close your eyes and join your child in the jeppiaar college .he will shine in his future.and the someone who said like that is missing and I am searching for him.if you find him please help me to get him.

Being a mechanical dept student .can't say more about my course curriculum. Aside of he course we learnt how to manage maintain and to live in different situations . yes saying about the course a pack of books with hidden practical knowledge. Working in lathe will seems to be easy but there will be one lab attender saying that I will cut your hands if you touch the lathe .

They won't provide any intern . the students themselves need to search for the chance for intern.and if the students finds some chance the college won't give leave saying them first finish your mid semester exams then think about the intern.Sorry about the stipends. the college will get money from students and they won't give any stipend or anything in terms of money.

Three will be one placement officer and he will have one office and we people will can't easily reach him.he will be supporting the IT and CSE dept often . and he will make fun of the Mech dept students. He will say like all the IT and CSE dept students got eliminated then the Mech students can't do that so no need for calling them for placements.the companies coming for placements won't he even tier 2 companies it will be like tier 3 companies.And the companies after selecting the students won't fulfill the terms they said that they will give after hiring.

Republic day,Independence day,ayudha Pooja and sarasvati Pooja,jeppiaar sir bday,MGR bday and here comes the college day it will be the great event for the students .we can enjoy as much as we can.off stage shows will be more interesting than the onstage shows .for the first two years it was conducted on morng and noon time with special food but last two years it was not like that.the event will be conducted at evening to night but the college won't provide the food.they will open stalls and we need to buy food for money and the food won't be good to eat.And last the achievers day and graduation day.achievers day will be somewhat OK.and the graduation day will be no like they show in movies...

Fees structure...feasible once but not now.I am 2014-2018 batch at that time my fees structure was 1.20lakhs per year. But it was increasing gradually batch by batch now I heard it was about 2 lakhs per year and it is too much for my college . the infrastructure is same and there is no improvement. Then we don't know why that much fees hike.only thing changed in my college while I am studying is while I am joining there is no arch at the entrance but now there is one arch.in the college the will collect breakage fees every semester but the god also won't know for what sake they are getting that.

Very sorry there will be no scholarship. And for sure they will help us to get the loan form govt banks and that procedure will be somewhat complicated and the person who guiding us will help to do that.

In college we can learn more than studies.wee need to fight more with the management to participste in sports event they will not support too much.sometimes they will allow to participate and sometimes they won't.on speaking about the gender ratio it is what seems to be equal .nothing to speak about the robotics and the debates.

Hostel will have around 100rooms and each room will have 7cots room will be spacious to accommodate 7persons.rooms will have two attached bathrooms combined toilet.in the middle of the hostel there will be one BallBadminton court.but it is too prone to rain.if rain comes then we can't play there.on speaking about the drinking water facilities there will be 5RO water taps in the ground floor and the students themselves should take them from ground floor even they have their rooms in this floor. Yes there are three floors. But the hostel surroundings is not so clean .there will be water stagnent and it paves the way for the mosquitoes to live happily. Water for bathing and other purpose will be somewhat good.it will be available all the time but if we think like that it is not.college timing starts from 8am the hostel will close at 7.30am .if we wake up late we can't go to hostel the warden will ask fine of rs 100 then only he will allow to go to hostel.or else he won't give the I'd card which he collects. He will stop the water supply at 7.20am so students can't get ready at close last few minutes.every semester end warden will collect breakage fees but for what sake he won't tell us.these are the few things about our hostel.

There will be no alumni network and the seniors will help only at the time of symposium and culturals.

Exam structure is somewhat a fun event.they will conduct three mid semester exams before the semester exam and for each mid semester exams there will be two to three reexams for those who didn't get the pass marks in mid semester exams so the students mentality will go like we don't need to read for the mid semester we can see it in reexams.

I got my seat form Anna university counseling and my cut off is 191 and the highest of my college in my batch.after the counseling gets over I reached the college with my father and I said I got seat form counseling. And asked about the admission procedure.there comes one attender with one brouchre and one form he asked me to fill that form and made us to meet the manager.he said us to pay the fees as soon as possible.and the college will reopen in a couple of weeks.thats all the admission is over.

I don't know how other department staffs are. My dept that is mechanical dept staffs are gold ones.but there are some copper too .we can neglect them. Most of the staffs are very good and have a great knowledge .they will be ready to help students till they can.their teaching and way of explaining will be very good.and here comes the head of the department our madam the queen of our department holding our department very safe...
